Numerous farms surround Tifton, keeping the agricultural tradition alive in and near the small city.
Several college campuses are located in Tifton, including Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Southern Regional Technical College, and the University of Georgia Tifton. Shopping opportunities are plentiful in Tifton, with the Tifton Mall, Historic Downtown Tifton, and numerous shopping centers offering a variety of retail options. Commuting and traveling from Tifton is easy with access to I-75, U.S. 82, U.S. 319, and U.S. 41. Destinations like Atlanta and Jacksonville, Florida are each less than a three-hour drive from Tifton as well.

I am proud to be a tenant here at Stone Ridge Cottage’s. I moved in here a little over a year ago as I began my journey as an empty nester. With both of my children being grown now and having their own homes, I no longer needed a large home, so I made the decision to downsize. Finding a place to rent in Tifton that checked all the boxes for me wasn’t easy, until I found Stone Ridge. Absolutely one of the best decisions I’ve made in my adult life was choosing to reside here at Stone Ridge Cottage’s. I couldn’t be happier!!!

I moved here five months ago and have had nothing short of a great experience. The property manager is very kind and personable, they keep everything outdoors maintained very well, and I’ve had no issues with neighbors. 10/10 Will be renewing my lease.

The property manager makes us feel protected and safe here. This is a well kept, peaceful living environment. Jada is great, she address's all concerns when presented, as well as keep residents well informed. She communicates with residents respectfully, and makes herself available to residents!

We moved to the cottages shortly after a hurricane had damaged our previous home. From the moment we got here, we felt a great sense of community. Management is always responsive and helpful and keeps us up to date with all events. If we need anything she does anything she can to help. We are grateful for everything she and the team have done to make our stay here pleasant.
