I love and have loved living here. Even though you can hear the racing on the tollway on weekends, it’s quiet for the most part. No riff raff tenants. I’ve had many apartments and have never had such an amazing staff as I do here. The maintenance team is also great. I submit a request on Monday and Tuesday my issue is resolved. This the most helpful team you’ll ever meet in the Dallas area.

I have been living at my residence a couple of months now and I notice the management and staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They are welcoming and actually hear what you have to say regarding concerns or any issues. If maintenance is called, they are there ASAP. That usually doesn’t happen but it does here. The manager Chris is always going the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. When there is a good manager in place like her, there is a heck of a staff coming along.
Stone Ridge is an absolutely great place to make your home. The entire complex is very respectful, quiet, and clean. The staff is very friendly and made the entire move-in process very easy! I am very happy here and encourage anyone looking for a comfy home to Stone Ridge.
I have lived here two years and love it. Office manager Chris and the office staff are attentive and great communication skills. Maintenance is responsive and that is very appreciated. Grounds are kept clean and pretty quiet neighborhood.

I moved into these apartments almost 3 years ago now, and I have enjoyed every part of being here. The community is always clean, the office staff is the best, the manager Chris is one of the best office managers I have ever worked with and the maintenance staff is always on top of their job when things are needed. I enjoy walking my dog around the community nightly and stop by the dog park often. I have referred several of my family members here and they are pleased as well. It will be a sad day if I ever have to move. If you are thinking about somewhere new to live, I definitely recommend you come into the office to check these out.

I have lived here for two years. Great maintenance and office staff. The dog park is the best and it's a amazing location. Anytime I call in a work order the office staff address it right away. This is for sure one of the best properties I have lived at since being in Dallas. I dont plan on moving anytime soon. Keep up the good work.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this complex, from Chris the manager and all of the office staff, the maintenance team and more. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel cared for as a resident. The prices for the apartments are great as well. I wish Chris rented houses because I would not hesitate to rent from her. The maintenance team is quick to respond as well as the office staff. If I ever have questions or need assistance with something the staff is always so quick to help. The facilities are nice and the team works very hard to keep the grounds clean and maintained. The location is great as it is central to several restaurants and shopping. It is far back enough from the highway that you do not hear any noise either. I really like the small community there because you get to know more of your neighbors. Thank you Stone Ridge for making my time with you all, an amazing experience.

Do you want to come home to trash strewn around outside your building 7 days a week? Unable to find a parking spot? People parked in your spot although you pay for it? Bad air conditioning where you smell everything coming through your vents? Noisy neighbors? Poor landscaping with dogs poop everywhere? Then this is the place for you. Only thing good is maintenance requests are responded to promptly. At least that.
I have been living at Stone Ridge for about 6 months now and I must say that I have had a most pleasant experience here. It's very centrally located to shopping and dining and close to a few large parks and trails. It's a very small complex and quiet for the most part, very well kept and all of the staff has been very helpful and friendly. I am glad that I chose to make Stone Ridge my home!
As with all complexes, there are pros and cons. The biggest problem I have with this apartment is the lack of uncovered/garage parking. You can either pay extra for a covered spot or garage ($80-100), or take your chances and hope there's an open spot near your apartment. And if you have visitors, forget it. I've had to have guests park outside the gate in handicapped spots or out on the street. I pay for a gated community for a reason and this is annoys me. Also maintenance can be slow. I will admit I made my request for a new door stop (bugs were coming in under the door) during the summer so air conditioners were taking priority but it still took 4 weeks to get to me. They don't replace the dog bags very quickly either. The Pros: the gate is rarely stuck open, and when it is, they fix it quickly. They keep up the grounds nicely (other than when dog bags are out). The office staff has always been friendly. The location is great: right off Dallas North Tollway and George Bush.
Pros: Nice office ladies, clean gym, no bug problems, quick and friendly maintenance workers, decent parking lot, clean grounds, good neighborhood. The only con is the noise, but it's really only noisy on the weekends.
I recently move into the apartments at Stone Ridge of North Dallas after living in a house in North Dallas with my father (I was his caregiver). He was diagnosed 5 years ago with Alzheimer's and past away in July last year of heart failure and pneumonia. I had to sell the house and move. I didn't think I would be able to call another place home but I am happy with my decision to move into Stone Ridge. It's a beautiful quiet community and the staff is very friend and courteous. The maintenance crew are all very knowledgeable and I have always had prompt service whenever I have had any maintenance issues. Even though I am still grieving my father it's been easier because this place feels like home away from home. I feel like my father is smiling down on me and giving me a thumbs up on my choice to live here. This apartment truly does feel like home to me. Stone Ridge has to offer many wonderful amenities to its tenants from the parking garages to the beautiful dark wood cabinets to the spacious closets and rooms. One of my favorite things is relaxing in my huge garden bathtub. The versatile lighting also provides an ambiance like no other apartment I've ever been in. I can see myself being here for a long time to come. This is my home away from home. :-)
