Property Ratings at Stone Ridge
I lived here with my partner for a few months and the office staff is so disorganized! They NEVER filed our move-in checklist, we had to request all the maintenance through the resident portal over a month later after telling them multiple times maintenance hadn't come by. There were roaches in our unit, the pool was always dirty, and the whole place smelled like marijuana. We had to move out early and found out 2 months later that someone broke into our unit, and they tried to blame it on us because they never filed the 60-day notice we turned in. The lock on the mail room door was broken for months and as far as I know, never fixed. The gates into the resident parking lot were also broken multiple times, allowing anyone to come and go as they pleased. I do not recommend living here if you have other options.
Maintenance shows up quickly to fix issues in the apartment. I was worried about the move from out of town, but the office staff did a good job at helping me through all of my 100 questions! It's pretty quiet except for the usual apartment living noises.
Stone Ridge is the best place to call home in Texas City It has a Washer and Dryer and the people are great. Definitely worth the Price.
Horrible, RATS, ROACHS! MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE! Office staff is hard to contact! Don’t give tour. I can honestly say Alex is the only efficient worker!
It's been great so far! The staff is very friendly and helpful! You call and they are there immediately! I've lived in apartments where it takes days to get things fix but not here! Wonderful place!!!!!
By far the best apartments I've lived in , here they actually take care of any problems you may have, everytime I had to put a request in for maintenance it was handled the very next day. They keep the environment nice and clean, everytime for any reason I've had to walk in the office they are so welcoming with nice smiling faces. I would definitely recommend StoneRidge Apartments to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home.
Forget getting anything done here. They will tell you that the maintenance dept is "short-staffed" but its not. Its because the manager hired her lazy husband.(Yes, the management co obviously encourages nepotism!) The manager and her lazy husband are either locked in the office avoiding the people that live there or hiding out in their apt all day long. I feel sorry for the other 2 maintenance guys that have to take up the slack for the lazy husband that gets special treatment. I was told things in the apt would be PERFECT because this guy was in charge of it...they have no idea what perfect means! Tried to talk with the manager or her husband about the problems numerous times but they are never at work! Worse experience ever! Stay Away!
Elligant Yet Classy Clean And Spacious palace with Amenities Worthy of Lengthy Or Short-term Stay.
Roach, ant, and poor maintenance. Not to mention if you are "lucky" enough to be upstairs, you might just get some neighbors to "Dennis the menous" your family, too get you out from above them.. If you think this is just a one off thing.. You will be sadly mistaken.. Although - I have been through worse places... Just get an air purifier before you move here, and the plants (non-green type) should not leave any lasting DNA damage.. Ooh and please don't mind my grammar/punctuation...
The best thing about these apartments is they do not have a laundry center. In these apartments you are allowed the dignity of washing your unmentionables in the privacy of your own home. Each unit is outfitted with a washer and dryer along with your standard refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Currently management is remodeling apartments to justify rent increase so make sure to inquire about the variation between apartments. Texas City, where these apartments are located, is a growing city and is close to Galveston and Kemah for your weekend getaways. I hope y'all found this review helpful.
I recently moved in and i went from city life to something much more calm, but i have no regrets. Have never lived somewhere where i felt this comfortable or at ease. Office staff is just great and aoartment is beautiful and at a great price w everything included. Location is great and work just down the street.
