I recently went to an apartment viewing to see an apartment I was looking to rent. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. They helped me fill out the application paperwork and when I saw the apartment I absolutely fell in love! It’s spacious, clean, and convenient. They offer covered parking for a fee of $20 more a month! They have internet speed options which helps, but their base mbps is 200. It’s a convenient location and close to everything I want or need! It will be a great place to live!

Many issues came with the apartment in the very construction. The floors are uneven to the point that part of my hallways wobble when I walk on it. The furniture is unable to sit level on the uneven floors and has caused a table to fall onto my cat. the unit was also extraordinarily filthy when I moved in. It took several months to get them to finally fix the dishwasher, which took under an hour to install. I was left without this with their knowledge for the first several months of my residency. The balcony is unable to be used because of the weak wood. There is a smorgasbord of issues with this apartment complex and I would highly recommend anywhere else.

We had very few days to find and move into an apartment. Mangement jumped through hoops to make it happen for us. New flooring. Improving the outside. Kitchen needs a make over, was told that would come next. Location could not be better.

This is located right behind the Greene in Beavercreek. Everything is within 10 mins. Property staff are friendly and helpful. Work orders get fixed quickly and professionally. Gym and pool gets used a lot here and it is great. Has a dog park. People are friendly here.

To begin with the location is nearly ideal, being within walking distance of the Greene complex and right next to Interstate 695 for travel and commuting purposes around the whole greater Dayton area. The covered parking is of particular note for how inexpensive it is. Despite handling a large number of issues for the number of staff they have, and the buildings not being brand new, in my experience they have always addressed and responded to maintenance issues after I’ve placed them. They do routinely refurbish their apartments, grounds, and facilities; they simply haven’t touched all of the apartments yet. They are willing to work with you and create unique solutions for your living needs and unusual challenges. All of the staff behaves professionally, and often plain friendly, and I never had a negative experience with anyone from the office nor maintenance crews. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for living needs.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They only have one matinence person so any needs you have usually are ingnored for weeks. We had horrible bed bug problems that they sent out a bad pest company who never irradiated the problem and ended up having them 3 separate times. They don’t keep their gym clean and don’t provide sprays or paper towels to clean machines off.
Location location location, you are paying to live next to the Greene. The unit is old and not well kept. They make you pay for cable and the gas and electricity bills are high due to the age of the building. Overall when my lease is up I will definitely be moving. If you like the Greene move here because you’ll want to be out of here apartment as much as possible. The laundry facilities are not clean but the do allow for card usage which is convenient. I gave it an average rating because the staff is great but just not satisfied with the overall unit.
The move in process was super easy. Mostly everything was online. I loved how they had my apartment professionally cleaned before my move in.

This apartment is very old and smells. The Manger is very rude, unprofessional, and does not care about the tenants. The Manager does not take care of the property. The apartment is not maintained at all. Be aware of this place. Thanks
We moved in smoothly and had such friendly help from the staff! Amy in the main office is fantastic! We recommend this location to everyone!
I live in a one bedroom with my roommate, on the year we've lived here we've had several situations that require maintenance. When our ac broke it took almost 3 weeks for anyone to come to fix it. When they finally did come they said parts had to be ordered to fix it and they never came back with said parts. We gave them a list of all the damages we found when we moved in and they only took care of one problem. When our toilet wouldn't flush they came to repair it but upon arriving they just said that this building has bad plumbing. The building layout is lovely and having everything close by was wonderful, but it is not worth the price by far.
My roommate and I were here for about a year. It's expensive because it's right next to the Greene but the apartments are pretty nice. The bathrooms are outdated (our tub and toilet are green) and the faucets don't have any sort of flow control. Our AC and water heater each went out about two times in the time that we were here. Maintenance won't come to fix the AC unless it's above 90 degrees so we had to wait 3 days for it to get fixed in high 80 degree weather. For the water heater they were okay with fixing it but kind of slow. It definitely wasn't their priority. The laundry machines are old and smelly. They often have debris on the washing machines and aren't cleaned often. Once the card machine broke so I couldn't dry my clothes and the office manager told me I was out of luck.
The apartments at Stonebridge are amazing! I really love my apartment. The complex is out of the way enough that you don't get a lot of people wondering through them. The extras are great, they have a pool, a full workout room, and even tanning beds. The parking lot is nice because its always one way you don't ever have to worry about looking both ways before you cross the road. There is also a dog park. All of the neighbors I have met are really nice. Also you are able to walk to The Greene Mall which is a really nice perk. The apartment its self is really nice. It was really clean when we moved in. The apartment has a lot of storage space and a roomy living room. The apartment came equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, and stove. And it also has hookups for a washer and dryer.

Great location and no serious issues. Apartments are out of date and the walls are thin. Over all an average apartment.
These apartments look like castles, and that is why we live here. Pool is nice, and we have plenty of room in here.
