West Little Rock is comprised of a vast swath of land stretching from Interstate 430 out towards Williams Junction and over Lake Maumelle. There’s an incredible variety of neighborhoods, communities, and landscapes in what’s considered West Little Rock, including waterfront communities on the lake, pastoral reprieves of the Arkansas countryside, and the more suburban communities nearing the city center. There’s a little something for everyone in West Little Rock, but most renters will be enticed by the apartment communities and affordable renters just west of the Interstate that mix the serenity of living outside the city while still being close enough to enjoy its amenities.

Property Ratings at Stonebridge at the Ranch
Maintenance is terrible, they do not respond to requests at all, when you call for an update you only receive attitude. The office response for issues with maintenance is “they don’t tell us nothing”. Maybe you should ask? Or maybe have a direct line to maintenance since you guys clearly don’t know anything. If the apartment main issue over the years has clearly been maintenance, I would think that would be their main priority. This property is not going to get better no matter who runs it and it’s clear that no one cares. They couldn’t at least pretend to care but they do not. This apartment complex needs to hire people who wants to work because what’s the point of having this job if you are not trying. This is people homes so have a little more compassion. I would recommend looking elsewhere because this apartment is not worth it at all. The location is not worth it, nothing is worth this apartment. Please don’t waste your sanity and mental health by moving here.

There are no maintenance people here, they can't keep them because it is so backlogged with no chance to catch up. It took them 3 days to fix (remove) my smoke detector, I had to listen to it for 3 days. I'm paying for an upgraded apartment and the only "upgrade" is the floor, there are not granite countertops nor upgraded lighting. The management crew rarely come into the complex past the front office. There are so many issues here you could bring in 10 maintenance guys and it would still take them over a month to fix everything. One and done!

Do not rent here!! Management is poor! Apartments are not kept up to par. Maintenance requests are slow (Months slow) Mold & mildew in apartments. Garages under bedrooms. (Sleep will be interrupted) Excessive noise in apartment complex (specifically building #12) Parking is horrible. Trash is always overflowing throughout the complex! It is not worth your money!
Don’t Waste your time or money in this apartment complex of unprofessional staff. They seem friendly enough but the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand Does and both cover for each other. It takes weeks to get maintenance request filled and they will put you in a dirty apartment upon move-in. Don’t be surprised if they change the terms of the agreement of your lease. Sad part about it is that the corporate office that runs this set of apartments Is about as unprofessional and useless as the management staff
I want to say wonderful things about this place, we have now lived here two years but we will be looking for somewhere else to live to give 60 days notice before our next lease renewal. When we moved in the staff was awesome, the atmosphere was great and the neighbors were wonderful. Maintenance was fast and we had zero issues with anything. Then we noticed the past 8 months things starting to drastically change and we have regrets we didn’t stay on top of looking for somewhere else to live sooner. The neighborhood started getting trashy and not maintained as well, the pool this year has only been actually truly clean one weekend right after it opened, trash cans always overflowing, smell of weed is nearly everywhere all the time, they can’t control the junk cars that keep getting parked and the dumpsters are always overflowing and not even put all the way in the dumpster enclosure and half the time stick out into the road. Our rent went up and they dropped off renters insurance so we had to scramble with a weeks notice when we found out to find insurance to replace that to avoid the threat of being evicted. They stopped taking any packages in the office for their residents so if we get anything that won’t fit in the mailboxes (which is all the time those are tiny) we have to go down and pick them up at the post office which insanely inconvenient for everyone. When confronted about it being in the lease agreement that packages would be dropped at the office for our pick up they said it was now invalid and all new lease agreements do not include this. Which tells us they can and will change anything they want on us at the drop of a hat so lease agreements are pointless except for them to be able to control there residents but they are not held accountable for them. I know they went through some management changes there was a horrible stressful vibe in the office complex for months but sadly we want from telling people about this place to absolutely hating living here and angry about the negative changes all the time and how they are affect our lives. I’m afraid of what they will drop on us all next and am very confused by the complete flip in care of their residents and upkeep of the facility. For the price they want you to pay to live here it’s not worth it at all. Shop around!
Avoid this apartment complex. From the first time that we called to inquire about an apartment to the day that we moved out, the ladies in the leasing office consistently lied to us. After move-in, we noticed that several legal documents that they required us to sign were filled out with incorrect rent, pet deposit, security deposit, etc. They spend a significant amount of time and money to make the exterior of the community look spectacular, but are very hesitant to fix issues inside the apartments. The appliances are dated, the carpet is musty and old, and the paint started peeling off the walls in the first month. Previous reviews note that maintenance is timely. I would agree that the maintenance personnel arrive quickly to investigate maintenance requests. However, resolution of the problems took several days or even weeks. Even their parent property management company (IRT) has an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and numerous complaints have been filed against them without resolution. This may have been a great place to live a few years ago, but our experience living here was extremely poor because of the bad management and horrendous conditions of the apartments.

We live in an amazing complex and our apartment is HUGE!! We have a two-car ATTACHED garage. It is larger than the condo we owned previously and it is all on one level!!! It is located in a quiet area of West Little Rock and the amenities are awesome! Great pool, exercise room and even a tanning bed!! It is just so peaceful here!! Retirement is just that much more special living here with great neighbors and management!!

I just moved in a few weeks ago and I love it here. My neighbors are very nice and friendly and the grounds are well maintained.
We have lived in many apartment complexes over the years and Stonebridge at the Ranch is by far the best. The staff are all friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The apartments are spacious and nicely done. Our neighbors have been friendly and considerate as well. Wr actually left after a year lease thinking we could do better, but were right back at the Ranch after about 6 weeks. We are home to stay!
