Don't rent here
The property manager cares about only one thing; keeping the units rented. Maintenance is a joke. You have to threaten to withhold rent to get anything done. I had several things that had to be addressed and it took three years to get someone to attend to them. Bottom line is, no one cares about anything except collecting your money.

I enjoy my apartment so much. It is the perfect size and located close to everything i need and everywhere I go.The people are pleasant and there is always something to do to keep you busy.
