Great place to live. Lots of nice areas to walk and enjoy when it's cool. The gym is nice too. I have also enjoyed the community events like wreath making and holiday party.

I have lived here for 20 years. It has been a good choice for me. Everthing is close by and easy to get to..The floor plan is perfect. Everything I need is here and I don't have to take care of maintainence, taxes or repairs.

I would have given 5 stars. But due to the non emergency after hour line not being a correct # (kept going to some random ladies cell phone) when I am a single mother of a baby.. & had an issue with my air conditioner. I could not get ahold of anyone outside of business hours was very discouraging because it was 81 degrees in my apartment.

It is a good spot to live, close to downtown Chandler and the freeway is easy access but the freeway is also kinda loud. I enjoy being able to go downstairs and use the grills at the pool whenever for a nice meal.

My favorite time of year is after the lawn has been reseeded in front of my building 15 and I see the green grass growing so lush and thick! Sadly some irresponsible dog owner neglects to pick up the dog poop ! Why?

Friendly and clean. However, they are bad at communicating. They are often willing to help out with whatever is happening. There is a lot of dog poop around the community area.

I moved in to stonebridge about. 3 weeks ago and I love the apartment and surrounding area! We did have issues with the ac going out and a leak but the maintenance team were timely and ready to fix any issues.

Overall this has been a lovely place to live. The staff is kind and responsive, and all issues you'll have are a fault of the corporate management and ownership (Greystar, ifkyk). They could do more to make this a more fit place for an increasingly hot area, but the grounds are well kept (be wary of lots of landscaper noise) and the amenities clean & functional. We love the maintenance crew, and that we can walk our dog to the office to grab a cup of coffee.

Place is pretty great, no insect issues, apartment is very nice, and if there are any issues maintenance is fast and responsive. Only thing I’ll say is the city of Chandler has so very hard water.

I love the grounds at this complex - very pleasing to the eye - and so far, it has been pleasantly quiet as well. All staff have been very courteous, professional, friendly, and most importantly, responsive. 2 weeks in and I'm quite happy.

Since moving into this unit I noticed that all the windows are single pane windows and it’s extremely noisy. I asked to do something about and the previous manager mentioned that we can’t replace only your master bedroom window. It’s my 2nd year living here and this noise issue is increasing and the freeway noise is heard every morning starting at 5 AM. You tell me, why would I recommend an old noise apartment to friends and family! To have them suffer just like i am? I know nothing is going to be done about this because policy supersedes a loyal tenant’s comfort. This is my 2nd time living in Stonebridge ranch, and I favored it over a nearby brand new apartment, and yet my comfort didn’t matter. Thank you. Have a great day.

Moved in at the end of November and so far has been a very positive experience. Neighbors are kind and helpful. Managers are professional, courteous, and responsive. The property is clean and beautifully maintained. I feel much safer here than I did in my old apartment complex.
