Property Ratings at Stonebrook Apartments
When I originally went to view the apartments, I was told they would be available August 24. I had to wait a few days to apply, and the apartments got moved to 9/27 for availability, which is fine, it happens. I was told that if I pay the application fee and the administration fee, and decided not to go with the apartment, that I would get the administration fee back (not the application fee which was fine), however, I just went to inquire about when the availability was because it has been moved up online. I was now told the apartment I was applying for is not available until October 20 and they won’t have anything available before then and are not able to refund my administrative fee. These apartments look really nice, and I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience and lack of communication on their part. Considering refuting the charge with my bank due to service is not provided.
I was a little hesitant about Stonebrook when I first moved here a little over 2 years ago. But this is a place where I can call home; as well as my family. We love the family orientation of Stonebrook. Wherever you turn there's a kid, a dog, a friendly face, and always someone willing to help out a fellow neighbor. The office staff, to the grounds keepers keep everything looking presentable as can be. Thank you all! Thanks StoneBrook for allowing us to call this home.
I been here 3 years and Tim and Dustin are two of best maintenance crew that I have ever delt with in apartment complex. They are good at what they do and are very respectful and listen to resident with there apartment problem. They are very good at keeping you updated on any issue you have . They are reason we stay here. The office staff are doing a great job and try very hard to keep resident happy best way they can. The issue I have with the complex is parking sucks and us horrible. The landscape hadn't been taken care of in over 3 years like ( mulch,bushes,the people cut grass will mow right over trash and not pick it up ) the apartments have never been pressure wash) I really hate fact the pool close at 8 at night when sun hasn't even went down every we're else I stay it was 10 or 11. The fitness center suppose to be 24)7 and it only 9/5 Monday through Friday . I hope they make some changes are there will be alot of resident leaving because rent little high with apartments being out dated and there alot new places around that about same price with alot more activities for residents. Don't get garage it leaks under the door and will ruin boxes you have in them. A *for Maintenance there wonderful A *for office staff for effort they give F *for parking F* for overall appearance of outside of buildings A * for residents there not one I haven't meet that is nice and helpful and it pretty quiet complex

StoneBrook has been under a lot of changes since Dasmen bought the property about a year and a half ago. A new Clubhouse and Fitness Center, Playground, Dog Park, Gazebo, picnic tables and BBQ grills were replaced, The pool itself has been re-done, Replacing the outdated bridge, several roof's have been replaced, new signage and our grounds are currently being brought up to date by our new landscaping company. There are many changes that have taken way in such a short amount of time and more to come. Taking on so many projects takes time and of course finances. There is much more to come! We look forward to your continuing to call StoneBrook your home and enjoying all the improvements. StoneBrook offers Reserved Parking just ask us if you would like to know more!

The maintenance guys are two of best I have delt with in a apartment complex. They both are good at what they do and if there is a issue you can count on them to show up and fix it . They are about the residents here and look after all of us. They are only reason we have stay as long as we have. They had a great property manager since her departure don't have alot to say about office staff. The facility is a A due to maintenance guys and effort they give every day and I want to say thank you.
