I applied for this complex. I got approved on the credit and background check...and then they ghosted me. I am assuming that means I got rejected? It's been 3 weeks and I can't get them to respond one way or another. Total waste of time and money.
Apartments were tiny for what you pay for them and they were not well kept at all. Management was rude and lacked communication skills and were never helpful. There’s only one trash compactor and two recycling bins for the entire complex and they were always overflowing with trash plus various trash and furniture left next to the trash compactor making it hard to access. I scrubbed the apartment and they still charged me over $200 for a cleaning fee. I put down a $700 deposit and got $150 back due to the charges they put on me for pet cleaning, apt cleaning, power washing for outside the front door (from trash that leaked from the neighbor). Overall a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
This place could be great, but like the other review calling it a "hot mess" states, it has all sorts of strange things that they hit you with that just sours the experience. Passive aggressive and strange blanket emails/Facebook posts from the office staff to all members. Bizarre fixations on things like kids using washable chalk in the play area, but never about cleaning up trash (picture a full picnic bench of fast food) left out in the play space for days at a time. They charge a lot for pet deposits, and even if you leave it spotless, they'll nail you for $520 minimum cleaning fee even with no damage,stains,smells and precleaned. This place could be so good if they got it together.
When we first moved in here it seemed like such a nice apartment complex! Pretty new buildings, and nice layouts of the apartments. But that’s about it. The charges added to your account after paying your monthly fees are absolutely insane. For example, we’ve had to pay a $500 down payment to have a dog here, just in case he ruins anything. This would be reasonable if we hadn’t already put down a grand to ensure they can fix anything we’ve broken while living here. These are both refundable, yes. But what is not ok is to charge us an extra $300 on top of the $25 a month just to own one dog. Like are ya gonna charge me for having a kid too? And they have two potty areas in this complex, each are on opposite ends of the complex, so if we use any other area to let our dogs pee we get another $200 fine:). We also aren’t allowed to decorate our patios? And the pool that is apart of our payments has not been open for the majority of the summer, even though it’s only open four months out of the year. There’s one dumpster area in the complex, in the front. So if we don’t walk a block and a half every day to take our trash out we get rats! And we’re not allowed to leave our trash bags outside of our door for when we can conveniently take them to the trash without getting fined. This is all aside from the fact that there are no garbage cans or dog poop trash cans anywhere around the complex, so of course there is poop and trash left everywhere. The people working in the office blame the tenants, but this problem would be easily fixable with trash cans available in places like the community park. Also, why do the landscapers come at 8 in the morning??? Can we at least give people until 10 before we start blasting blowers in peoples windows?
The whole clubhouse except for the fitness center is used wholly for the office personnel. We are not allowed to use the clubhouse in any manor and this was true before the pandemic.
Promise you an apartment that you put a deposit on, then when you go to move in they put you in a different horrible apartment without the features and floor plan you paid for.
I recently moved from Cambridge Court which was like a nightmare compared to here. It is super quiet here and it's not easy to manage to do this, but a lot of the neighbors are quiet and friendly for the most part despite a lot of them working night hours. The property is well taken care of and the buildings themselves are brand new. The staff are always busy, but they are doing their best and they are always nice when I go in for any questions. The gate keeps the area safe and I can walk at night around the complex safely. I love living here, theres decent parking and now black mold or infestations.
First of all, you pay A LOT to live here, which would be fine but the garbage stinks and attracts rats. You only have until 5:00 on the 3rd of the month to pay rent, but staff always leaves minutes before and you get a $100 late fee “after 5”. More like after staff leaves for the day. The pool is freezing, small, and not up kept in the summer. The walls are so thin, I can hear my neighbors in the next building. Just go right past this place. There is no luxury here.
Tonya and staff are so wonderful to work with, they are willing to go above and beyond to help out with anything and everything that may come up. We had all the help we needed throughout our entire move in process, and we have loved living here every day. The property is peaceful and comfortable. The dog run let’s our dogs get out and play off leash. I don’t usually get on to write these reviews but I felt so grateful to the staff and ownership that I felt like I owed it to them and also to any potential renters to speak up! I would give the staff and the property both a 10/10, there’s no no where else we’d rather live.
I love Stonebrook and have lived here for about a year, through the phases of construction. The apartments are definitely the nicest apartments in this area and at the perfect location. Everyone in the office is helpful and super nice! They have a huge playground, a 24 hour fitness center, a clubhouse movie theater and are pet friendly with a dog park. Unfortunately people only seem to voice their opinion when they have a complaint.

I have been at Stonebrook for about 6 months now, have had no difficulty so far, but what sold me was that it's all new, and I was the first to rent my apartment, so everything was fresh. I love the countertops, they are the stone countertops that you don't normally see in an apartment set up. All of the appliances are the really nice stainless and the refrigerator is huge compared to what I've had before. I love that it's close to Costco and the freeway, and not far from the mall and restaurants. You have to have a remote to get into the complex as it's gated, so I love that, being a single working woman, I get home late at night, so it's nice to feel safe. We looked around a lot and nothing else was this nice, for the money, and we like to live in a nice place. The only thing I might complain about is that some people don't pick up after their pets, if you know what I mean! Otherwise, I really like it here, and most likely will stay for a few years!
I can't say enough about these apartments! I live in a 1 bedroom here it's so super nice with a big kitchen! The office gals are super nice and helpful! They are a little more than some in the area, but totally worth it! Brand new with all the bells and whistles!

The noise in the apartment complex is terrible, a lot of the noise comes from cars in the complex. There are several contributors to this noise, cars with bad exhausts, boy racers, people coming in at 4am with their music blasting, a Mustang which comes and goes at all times of day and night with a misfiring engine that he has to keep gunning it to stop it from stalling. all this noise is multiplied if you live anywhere near the gates or trash as people sit with all this happening while they wait for the gate to open, at it is SLOW. The walls are thin so you can hear discussions in the next apartment, and one of our guests even had to call the cops one night as another resident was screaming and hammering on a door at 3am. The staff are frankly lazy. You don't get any calls when you have a package, the gym wasn't cleaned, nor the gym trash emptied in the five months we stayed there. When we moved out they claimed all sorts of "cleaning issues" had used up our security deposit, for example the vent in the living room was dirty - we lived there 5 months and were the very first occupants. The patio had not been cleaned off - it was cleaner than when we moved in and the 'dirt' was construction dust from all the other apartments. I'd like to leave 0 stars but website won't let me.

As far as packages we do leave that up the delivery service to notify you when you receive a package. We kindly hold the packages here if you are not home to receive them. Please feel free to contact us about the move out charges, I can go over the move in inspection you did when you moved in and the charges when you move out. Per your lease agreement, there is a penalty when a lease contract is not fulfilled. We can provide with any of this documentation and go over it with you at anytime. To start off with, the appearance of the model is deceiving and none of the promisies to have a pool and famiy facilities have been completed. Your basically paying for the “promise” of things to come, which has not happened in a year. The construction is poorly done and the finishes are terrible. You can tell they slapped it together and filled up the units to make money. The staff is extremely unprofessional and have no clue what customer service is. They do not take care of the tenants and only try to charge you for hidden fees. The maintenance is a joke, they never show up and things fall apart that shouldn’t being new construction. The rent is grossly overpriced for the cheap construction and unfriendly tone from the staff. It is not a place to call home, I will be moving out ASAP.

We have been very excited for the pool to open, but unfortunately we do have to have several things in place before we can do that. However the 24 hour fitness center, theater room and club house are and have been open for some time now, please feel free to use these! We do have the pricing set without amenities, this will change once we have everything to offer. I do have concerns on the model that you looked at, we don't have a model unit we only show vacant apartments. I would like to go over your concerns in person if you have the time. Stonebrook apartments have a great staff that is ready and willing to help when needed. The facilities is beautiful and affordable pricing, I would definitely recommend this place.
This place is horrible!! No outside water faucets for non-garage owners, towed my car without warning to move it when it was snowing and covered the handicap symbol on the ground and there was NO HANICAP SIGN POSTED DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF MY CAR ON A POLL and call me after the fact that they had towed it, and THERE IS NEVER ANYWHERE TO PARK! Also, the second week living here the HEATER IN MY APARTMENT CAUGHT FIRE due to not properly inspecting the heating vents when the previous owners moved out. Then, the management tells us “YOU LIVE AND YOU LEARN” what type of response is that!!!!
We have been so thrilled with our new 3 bedroom apartment townhome and the incredible staff at STONEBROOK. Our apartment was not quite finished when we closed on the sale of our home. They lent us a garage to put our furniture into instead of us needing to get another storage unit. They gave us an apartment to stay in while ours was being finished. The staff: Heather, Rose, Jennifer and Johnny have so kind and helpful. We will definitely be recommending STONEBROOK to all our friends. Johnny has been so quick to fix the few minor things that we noticed upon move in. Our townhome is gorgeous. Thank you STONEBROOK staff for treating us like family.
These Apartments are really nice! Upgraded everything with stainless steel appliances, the kitchen really sets these Apartments apart from others. They have 24 hr fitness center, nice club house, plus a pool/hot tub, clubhouse theater and basketball court coming soon! Under construction now but noise isn't bad and everyone is really friendly!
The management in the office are rude and unhelpful. I've been having issues since I've moved in, and the staff is unwilling to make any compromises. These apartments are overpriced and are not built well. I feel like they're looking for any excuse they can find to charge you addition fees. You would think that given the price things would be better. Don't live here.
Everything looks beautiful. Love that they haven't been lived in before so everything is brand new! Excited to be in gated community and feel safe. The staff is friendly. Although still under construction it isn't as noisy as I thought it would be. Can't wait for the dog park to be put in and the pool and hot tub!
From the employees the way you get treated here is unremarkably unpleasant and unprofessional. The inside of the apartments are built so fast and done so unprepared and done so cheap that there is litteraly cabinets put on wrong. Holes in the drywall in the ceiling by the fan in the master bedroom and I have put in numerous work orders in and have been avoided being fixed and have lived her for almost 2 months and still not fixed. Not a good place to live at all and I will be only staying here a few months as the staff all need to be replaced.
I am a current resident here at Stonebrook, this place has exceeded all my expectations. The staff in the office are very professional and very helpful. Since the property is brand new I have had a few minor issues in my 1 bedroom but maintenance is there right away to help. they still have construction going on but its really not as bad as you think most of or all the work is done during the day and then the evening is quiet, i was really worried about that at first but its completely the opposite of what I thought. the kitchen is amazing with the stainless steal appliances . I would defiantly recommend this place to all my family and friends.
