Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.

Property Ratings at Stonebrook
No decency regarding loud music, walls are very thin so you hear everyhing within other apartments, footsteps above you constantly. Smell of smoke, you can hear cars in the parking lot from well within the complex. Maintenance is slow and there are so many issues. I have had so much property damaged due to their negligence and they are so rude and don’t want to help find a solution
CONSTANT problems with air conditioning. Half the people on the maintenance team have no idea what they are doing. Everyone in the office is super hateful especially when it comes to trying to get something repaired. There is only 4 washers and dryers for the ENTIRE complex. They raised the rent in the middle of the pandemic and continue to raise it. They make it seem like a great place to live at first then the true colors of the complex shows. Crime is getting worse too. Do yourselves a favor and do not move in here.
2016-2018 I have to agree with the other disappointing posts. Everything seemed great when I signed my lease, but my time here as been sub-par. I too had problems with my air conditioner making a loud banging noise while running. During the 3 attempts at fixing it, all that was done was sticking a part of a foam pool toy up in the unit to block the sound. Most of my other requests, to fix burned out porch lights, to seal windows and doors, were ignored. There is also a major bug problem here. I have had to deal with spiders, scorpions, wasps, pill bugs, roaches and more. The pest control is obviously not working. The biggest problem came when I notified management that I was moving out. They were extremely unaccommodating and would not allow me to stay even a few days past my lease date, unless I wanted to pay a full month's rent. Take a little time and really weigh your options when it comes to renting Update I just moved out of and I'm so glad to do so. We had a terrible experience there, and management is impossible to deal with. They don't care about their renters at all once they've got your contract. We had problems with spiders and scorpions, and they wouldn't send any pest control people out for weeks. Even then, it didn't help. The people that lived below us had wild parties at all hours of the night when I had to be at work early in the morning, and they wouldn't enforce their quiet hours policy. The worst of all is that we moved out because of a job opportunity in another city. We had to break our lease, which was VERY expensive, and they made us pay it upfront, saying they would refund it if we found someone to sublease it. We found someone, and then they wouldn't give us the money back. They kept putting us off, saying management was busy at the moment, and they did this for an entire week. We never got our huge payment back. Plus, they kept our security deposit, and then they were trying to charge us for other damages that we didn't even cause. This was the worst place I've ever lived in. Management ruins the whole experience.
I used to think these apartments where great...the first 6 months maintenance would come out within 2 days now a year and some change later you gotta harass the office to get maintenance to do their job but now even that doesn't work. These apartments are the reason I'll never live in apartments again and as soon as my lease is done I'm out of here and won't be looking back. Their carpentry work is very tacky rushed. Take my advice and don't move here
Not bad, nice rent price, but they're raising it. Maintenance is pretty terrible. Pool is alright, pretty nice neighborhood. I've lived here for over a year now. Office people are pretty nice, maybe a bit lazy at times, but all in all not that bad, but after this lease is up I'll probably move somewhere better.
This place is decent for the price but getting worse since we moved in. There have been several gunshots in the area by there creek. In the past 6 months i have heard it 3 times. Also 3 cars were recently broke into maybe more but i only talked to the few people around our area. then we got ac problems in april/may but we delt with it ourselves a few times and then we started calling and telling them it wasnt working properly. Our a/c would never shut off and would cool to the desired temp we wanted. They came out numerous times and then finally said there is nothing we can do so how about we just install window units. Thay was maybe over a month of dealing with this. I wish they would just let us out of the lease they obviously dont care about us being leasing their apartment so i have no problem letting possible new renters about there flaws. Oh and beware of all the wasp we were never able to use our balcony because of the wasp traffic.
The setup is extremely pretty the have tennis courts, swimming pools, dish washer, cable ready and washer and dryer hook up!
