3 Bedroom specious townhome
I moved in this summer and my unit just got completely remodeled. Brand new appliances, kitchen cabinets, flooring, bathrooms, windows!!!!Amazing floor plan and very specious .I work downtown and it takes only minutes to get to work.

NOT a 4 star property
This is not a 4 star property. Someone was just shot here last week trying to deliver a pizza. The residents let the kids play in the street at all hours of the night. There is never any parking. Rent is entirely too high for a place that has constant break ins and management that doesn't know how to answer the phone/return calls. Very glad I found a new home.

Unfortunately crime is something that happens everywhere and even though we can’t control society we have fostered a very positive relationship with the local police department to help deter any type of unsavory behavior.

Really nice pet friendly townhomes although the maintenance does come in your home frequently it's pretty nice.
