As soon as you walk in you see the contemporary, sleek, and modern appeal. I was informed the renovation took 3 YEARS. It's truly a diamond in the ruff as there is nothing close to its quality in a reasonable vicinity. It is priced correctly, clean, and the leasing managers are knowledgable and actually care! I'm looking forward to their next event for the neighbors.

Stonebrook is by far the nicest apartment complex in East Tulsa! Everywhere you go, it is evident they spent a ton of money on remodeling this place. Brand new air conditioners and heaters mean we will always have cold or hot air in our apartment without annoying maintenance issues. Brand new roofs and interior plumbing give us the comfort that we will not have to worry about leaks. A brand new gourmet kitchen with granite counters, soft close cabinets, and stainless appliances allow us to entertain our guests in style. The brand new tiled shower makes us feel like we are in a spa. The fact that they added washer and dryer hook ups in each apartment mean we don’t have to go elsewhere to get our laundry done (although they also have a brand new laundry room onsite that has washers and dryers that will text you when your laundry is done). The dual-paned low e windows help us minimize our electrical bills. The renovated clubhouse is the nicest one in Tulsa, and with a brand new pool, state of the art fitness center, and dog park, this property has everything we need. We also love the ladies in the office, as they truly love and care about this place. Monica coordinates really fun events every month, which we always look forward to. For the last event, all residents received tickets for free food from the food trucks and free video games from the video game trailer! We highly recommend Stonebrook Gated Community!

I couldn't be happier with my decision to move into Stonebrook Gated Community! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was impressed by the stunning amenities and the overall atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs and preferences were met, taking the time to listen and help me find the perfect unit. The units themselves are immaculate, with modern features like granite countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous hardwood floors that make everything feel brand new. The attention to detail in the design and upkeep is truly remarkable. The community amenities are just as impressive. The gated property offers a sense of security and tranquility, with plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We’ve fallen in love with the gym, pool, and BBQ area—there’s always something to do, whether we’re staying active or relaxing with friends and family. Overall, living at Stonebrook has exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that offers luxury, comfort, and a welcoming community!

Completely remodeled apts, new cabinets, granite counters, new tubs with ceramic around, 0 carpet, easy to clean floor, union school, new air conditioning units, The girls in the office are very friendly and professional, and they speak Spanish.apartments are the best in this area, 100% recommended

This is really a full remodel. I love the new cabinets, the stainless steel appliances and of course washer/dryer connections in every unit. They are in Union Public Schools so that is a huge plus for me.
