Property Ratings at Villas Del Paseo
I’ve been living here for two years and I’ve had nothing but trouble, especially with the new management. They don’t work on maintenance requests even if they’re emergencies or clear them out the next day saying the work was completed even though no one ever came to your unit. The apartments are crawling with roaches and have been the entire time I’ve lived here. They do shady things like say there’s a washer/dryer included in the lease and then not fix it or take it away and leave you without one when it breaks saying it was an extra amenity. They also charge you for amenities like the pool and the gym, but don’t let you use either because they refuse to clean either of them and the pool was forcefully closed by 311 for it being a biohazard. The security gates and cameras have been broken since I moved in, but they’ll tell you things are secure because there’s a guard on staff you don’t even see half the time and he’s not there at night when it matters. And to top it off, they almost never answer the phones or return your calls. Overall, don’t live here. It’s not worth it.
WARNING!!! They do not care of your well being. They don't repair, I have being waiting for almost 2 years on several issues when I renewed they claim they would fix but nothing yet. That is why the apartment tenants have been on strick since since late Feb. For your own good Do NoT move Here!!!!!!!!!! Always turning off our hot water and water completely without notice. And very rude office receptionist and management will not help. Had to call Health Service to see if they would fix and still nothing done.
Washer and dryer broken since October 2019 , until today February 2021 they keep lying, “sending maintenance to check “ no security! Gates open all times, cars broken , leasing office they don’t care 2 weeks with no water , self a headache, don’t move here .
Your maintenance requests will never be completed, unprofessional office team with the worst manager. Packages will be stolen all the time including the mail from mail boxes. Not safe place to live at all.
if there is rating in minus, I would put it. I don't recommend anyone to rent here, even it's free. It takes 3 months for the maintenance to fix leaking AC.
All I can say it’s very bad management with no maintenance it’s been more than 3 month’s waiting for the dishwasher replacement and( no security )
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management is very rude to their tenants and they take forever to come fix minor things in the apartment. Sewer water stinks up the whole place and the drainage is horrible (but they claim they paying to get it fixed). They just let the water sit there for days and is high . Like who wants to walk in sewer water? They cut the water off every other week. The water smells horribly from the sink and tub.The gates are sometimes broken and there's no safety what so ever. The front office staff are lazy and act like they never know what is going on. I have written them complaint letters over and over and nothing still gets done. The property manager do not care at all.Folks, go look somewhere else and don't waste your time!!!
My wife and I lived in this apartment complex since 2009, when we moved to Houston. Over this time, several unfortunate incidents have occurred. Both of our vehicles have been broken into countless times, and we've had substantial items stolen from the vehicles, namely important documents, tools, and equipment. We do not feel safe here at Pathway apartment complex. This has happened too many times, and my wife and I are tired of it. We pay too much in rent to have to deal with having our vehicles broken into. In addition, the lights here at the complex are often not working, making it that much easier for thieves to seamlessly break into cars. Most recently, about a month ago, the carport roof collapsed on my truck. A few days after the carport collapsed on the truck, my tires were punctured when I (unknowingly) drove over metal pieces, which were improperly disposed of by the complex's cleanup crew. When I alerted the leasing office, the managers originally instructed me to go through our auto insurance to make a claim. I refused to cause my auto insurance company informed me that my building apartment complex should file a claim with there insurance company since this all took place at there property, which I agree. The leasing office then told me to get three estimates for repair from different auto repair shops. I did, and a few suggested the vehicle be totaled, with the cost of repair being as costly as it is. To date, we have been given the run-around regarding the truck. The managers always tell us to wait to hear from corporate but nothing has been done as of yet. We expect the leasing office to cover the expense of the tires that were slashed in addition to the repair cost of the truck. Also, for months now, we have been complaining about the water damage caused by Hurricane Harvey. The roof sometimes leaks, and there are brown spots in the ceiling. This is not a safe or sanitary environment at all. The leasing office refuses to repair the water-damaged ceiling. As a result of these unfortunate incidents, we don't plan on living here much longer. For all potential renters, please do your homework and research before you rent these unsafe apartment managers don’t care about there tenants. Also, for the record, I have never been late on my rent since I moved to Houston 2009, and we will not be renewing our lease here at the Pathway, now known as Stonecrossing Apartments.
This place is good located one, but unfortunately it has poor and horrible staff and management is careless !!!!!! I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get things repaired since I moved in, and yet the materials are not here for maintenance.

Apartments are nice and clean. Two pools and a fitness center aren't bad. Walking distance from Kroger and some plazas.
