Smooth move in process, the townhomes have great floor plans and excellent landscaping.

Very accommodating staff especially Kelsey I feel safe and very convenient place. It’s like 4 mins away to Walmart

I would never suggest living somewhere managed by Goldmark properties they do not take care of anything in a timely manner and overall just generally don’t seem to be concerned about anything but the rent from you your concerns are not their concerns that’s how I feel that I’ve been treated in the past two years living in a property managed by a Goldmark !

Stonefield is a fairly clean and quiet community. My neighbors are friendly and we watch out for each other. I love the location because it has a variety of businesses close by. I don't own a vehicle so very important to me!! Overall a very pleasant place to live.

Honestly I feel like my family is safe and secure here! It’s quiet and issues get resolved quickly!

Stonefield is a quiet, friendly community. The location is perfect for getting all of your needs met close by. The staff is friendly and really listen to your needs. The property is well maintained and maintenance is as punctual as possible. I would recommend Stonefield to my friends and family.

They have done so well with snow being cleared this year. My husband works at the hospital & has gotten in each day. Snow has been something this year. Our driveway gets bad also. Too old to shovel too much. ??Thank you!

Overall, I really enjoy living in the Stonefield Townhome complex. The area is suited very well for how my family likes to live. The townhomes are spacious with a nice home comfy feeling. However, I am not very impressed with the appliances that are in the units. Also, sometimes when it rains really hard the windows and the sliding back door to the patio leak water from the trim above the window. This has been brought to management attention numerous times. I’m not sure as to what they intend to do about this but overall I give the complex a definite B ..

I love how easy it is to talk with our management and maintenance crews. They are always an email away and I always hear back from them within hours. They are all super easy to work with and always address my concerns!

Over all Stonefield is a quiet community. Stonefield management staff are understanding and work with their renters and help them the best possible way according to the circumstance. Neighbors are friendly and we look out for each other. I would recommend Stonefield to family and friends.

The location is nice and the set up is nice for the apartments, the care of the units could be better and parking spaces could be improved. Some of the staff is very reasonable to deal with but there are some things I believe could be improved

Great place to be! I feel safe, my wife feels safe, and most importantly my children are safe. The apartments are spacious and having a garage is clutch!

Stonefield is a place to come home and relax an let daily chores taken care of.

Its quiet when the dogs dont bark. Snow removal happens a couple days after it snows so thats fun. Otherwise its not so bad.

Stonefield Apartments are priced great for our location and how quality and keeping the interior up updated. It is a rather quiet and friendly atmosphere. Management and maintenance are friendly, helpful when you need something. I would recommend the Stonefield Apartments to my friends and family.

I have never felt more welcomed in to an apartment community than at Stonefield

The staff of the Stonefield are friendly, helpful, understanding and punctual at returning calls and making sure everything is going well for me and the other residents I would recommend Stonefield to my friends and family!!

I have only been at Stonefield for a couple of weeks but the staff here are amazing! They are always friendly and willing to help with anything I need and any questions I have.

This complex is beautiful, the service/maintenance is efficient and I love living here.

Maintenance here is not good I would not recommend this place to a friend

Clean apartments, friendly neighbors, good service, safe community.

We moved in right after the 4th of July and our apartment has been fantastic! The staff is super polite and works well with us in all forms of communication. They also fixed our maintenance issue quickly and without me even knowing they visited. They were clean and professional and fast! Im loving our new place.

Great people to work with and a super easy move in process. Apartments feel secure and I rest easy at night because of this.

Stonefield Apartments are located in a very convenient location, landscape are beautiful and well kept. The building is very quiet and peaceful. If you have a problem and report it to staff they do the best they can to fix it in a timely manner. Staff checks in on you to see how your doing and have any concerns that need to be addressed.

Management always has excuses why concerns and emergencies cant be taken care of in a timely manner. Seems they are not properly staffed or equipped to resolve issues in the properties. I have had more than 2 issues and reoccurring issues that get overlooked and a bandaid put on them so they keep happening.

We love living in our Townhome... And all the staff members always take care of us great place to live...

Stonefield staff is courteous and respond in a timely manner. They inform any problem that may have affected any resident to assure proper arrangements etc...

I have had a great experience with Stonefield and Goldmark. The staff has been great. The building is maintained and the apartment is exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend.

Nice places. Inconsistent maintenance. Odd schedule for completing esthetic renovations during a global pandemic when people are working from home. Management has little to no concern for its residents health or safety. Primary concern centers around making money.
