I’ve been living there for the last 4 years and everything is close, I mean really close, walking, biking or a very short drive: restaurants, grocery, bars, gym you name it.

The maintenance team is top notch. They respond to inquiries very quickly and all staff is very friendly and helpful. Our apartment is perfect for us and the community is well kept. My only complaint would be the amount of geese, but there’s not much to be done there. Highly recommend!

Stonegate has been home for me for over 4 years. From the first day I’ve moved here they have made me feel like family! Everyone in the office has been very helpful with any issue I bring them …. I've been here at Stonegate for over 5 years now and love it here! I've lived in 3 different apartments/townehomes and each one has been great! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and if there are issues with anything, they handle them within 24 hours.

The lady's at the office have nice smiles and acts so nice while you are signing your lease. After that you are just a dollar sign to them. I walked into the clubhouse twice to hear them singing and laughing that one of their occupants were getting evicted. the office staff gets wasted by the pool all summer long and since they are hung over the next day the pool never get opened in time. my shower started backing up and was making an awful noise. when I called it in to maintenence, since it was after hours it was not considered an emergency and they would check it out the next day. the noise was so loud and awful it kept my daughter up all night. then the next place I moved into at this complex the basement flooded everytime it rained. they would put a fan down there but my husband ended up cleaning it every time. the stench down there was so bad we just ended up closing it up unless needed to go down there. which is where our spare bathroom and our laundry room was. we finally ended up leaving and downsizing because the stress of all of it was just not worth it anymore. proceed with caution when moving here.

Upon arrival at Stonegate you will walk in to the clubhouse and wonder until one of the ladies realises it's not someone there to complain. You will then be greeted with a wonderful smile that lasts right until the final pen stroke is finished on the lease. From this point on your nothing but a dollar sign. The ladies in the office have been walked in on singing and dancing about an eviction on multiple occasions. This just ment more for them to rent to make money, they care nothing about the residents. When it comes to the work from the maintenence staff, if it is a daily issue the techs are great! But God forbid you need the "supervisor" for anything. First apt had no AC in the middle of summer for over a week, 2nd apt was a recent remodel so lucky nothing broke... yet. 3rd was one of the most "popular" Floorplans. At least once a month everything would back up because each side of the building only has 1 main drain. 4 apartments into 1 line dosent work but nothing was done to fix or compensate. My 4th apartment had a basement that flooded anytime it rained. All I got was a fan put in and "we will look into it". Nothing changed. So I paid for a basement that was unusable. I gave this plenty of chances and decided to downsize because it wasn't worth it. Don't follow my mistake and let their smile and promises fool you. And if you have already signed a lease, get everything in writing including work orders. Re read the lease and make them stick to it. Don't follow my mistakes of taking what they said at face value

I've lived in my fair share of apartments and this is the first truly luxury apartment. Located in the center of Anderson township with ease of access to both main roads through the area, as well as minutes from the highway and only 15-20 minutes to downtown/Newport. The staff in the office go above and beyond to make sure any issues are taken care of quickly and effectively. They work in tandem with the service team as a well oiled machine! No need to lift a finger here when it comes to issues with your apartment. No issue is too big or small for this team to handle. This is more of a neighborhood than a apartment community. Come down and let them welcome you home!
