It looked so pretty! I’ve had a lot of things stolen here from my car and porch. Neighbors are always loud. Walls are PAPER THIN. All the swamps/ponds cause tons of snakes, frogs, lizards to be all over your apartment and they don’t care! My bathroom wasn’t working when we first moved in and it took over a week to get the water working. Hot tub hasn’t worked since I moved in because two old people were doing inappropriate things in front of kids in there. Guests cannot use amenities unless you’re there. Everyone that I’ve met that lives there has been there a couple months. Weird lease lengths=More of a profit business than a living place to raise kids. I don’t think it’s a safe place to live. If you have pets and are single and don’t really care about sleeping or having family stay it maybe a good fit for you. The hot water runs cold and vice versa. Maybe this is “apartment living” but I can’t stand it and management doesn’t seem to care whatever.
This is by far the BEST apartment community I have ever lived in. The staff is amazing and truly care about their tennants. The apartment itself is perfect and when something needs fixing, they are there quickly and with a smile. You would be a fool for not renting here! Trust me, it’s not just worth it, it’s almost a necessity!
Quiet, cool, well shaded and well maintained grounds. Lots of amenities, in unit washer and dryer and valet trash all helped my descision to move here. The apartment i got had all new flooring and appliances that look brand new. Pamela in the front office amazed me in how fast she found and showed me an apartment, made it mine and got me moved in. So rare these days to find such courteous service from a professional that is proficient at what they do. Stop wasting time like i did looking online for apartments and go see pamela and and the complex. Very pleased
I've had a great experience here. I love the location, and the accessibility to both shopping and the beach with little hassle. The community is friendly and my apartment is in an ideal location.
I always speak highly of this apartment complex because it's well kept. Maintenance is always there when you need them. The office is full of people who care. The property isn't too big and it has a nice cozy feel. Its a nice quiet little community.
I would recommend for location, staff, quality, the only reason I might not, is that quite a few people I know wouldn't be able to afford it.
Below average apartment complex in many ways. Aggressive, obnoxious leasing agents like old woman try to hustle prospects into old moldy apartments for premium prices. This is an old complex recently purchased and being renovated. They are using some sliding scale price software which makes the prices of apartments fluctuate daily. What costs 750 one day can cost 850 a week later and upgraded units go for $200 more per month to pay off the appliances. Walls are thin, grounds are average maintained, only one garbage compactor for whole complex overflows often, night time is dimly lit and hard to navigate. Set back about 200 yards from major highway means road noise even at night. Keep looking, there are much better places out there for the same money.
this complex is in a great location just think its overpriced for what you get..but maybe cause my unit not been updated yet but still think very expensive but believe you are paying for the location
This complex is quietly tucked away beside a major Hwy that leads to shopping, entertainment, beaches and restaurants just minutes away. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff is always available. The amenities such as courtyard with a sitting area and barbecue grills is very nicely situated in a shady area and adjacent to this is a nice pool with lounge chairs and umbrella shaded tables. Although it is located in Florida it gives the feeling of a little piece of quite in the country.
paying full price for non upgraded one bedroom not really fair...rent gone up 40, 40 now almost 60 each year and paying same as an upgraded unit mine has never been upgraded, maintence guys are quick and nice new office people not as friendly as ones in past, parking very limited and walls dont hide much noise from other units . great location just feel very overpriced for quailty of my unit
These apartments are in a great location near major routes and highways. There is a major grocery store within walking distance which is rare for a sburban setting like this. The complex is tucked in a wooded area that completely blocks any traffic noise. The landscaping is well kept with moss hanging from massive 100 year old oak trees that give the feel of a southern plantation. Amenities include a tennis court, a large swimming pool & common area with picnic tables, a fully equipped gym that is available 24/7 to residents and even a doggie park. There are also stations set throughout the complex with bags and trash cans for the dog walkers. Which helps keep the entire area clean and enjoyable for everyone. Each apartment includes a wood burning fireplace, which is a little odd for this part of the country. (It is RARELY cold enough to want to have a fire) The staff is friendly and helpful and quick to correct any issues. After moving in, I quickly felt like I was "home".
We have lived in our apartment for 6 years. It took us awhile to find the right one. Close to everything ,reasonable price.more then most apartments affordWith living on a fixed income it would be great to have our rent payed for. Stonegate apartments is our home. Being our age it is nice to find a place that is not a 50's comunity and still cares about there tenants.
