Thank you for your interest in our small gated apartment community. Sorry, BUT WE ARE 100% OCCUPIED. Our PROPERTY OFFERS 1 and 2 bedroom Apartments only. If you are looking to Lease an Apartment NOW or SOON, I am sorry we do not have anything to pre lease either. Also sorry we DO NOT have models to show to prospective renters. We have 1 swimming pool and 1 spa. We are pet friendly (call for pet policy), all apartments come with small apartment size washer / dryer inside unit, intrusion alarms, Heating / AC, electric range, dishwasher and more. On availability, we have garages to rent separately, at an additional monthly cost.
