New management sucks . They send notices everyday. They are never organized one week it this now today it’s different and the assistant manager is rude she has serious issues for you to apply for this position a better attitude is needed . Since new management took over nothing but issues after issues . Hope newer management takes over ASAP
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I was under the impression that I was in a 3 month lease when come to find out they put me on a FULL YEAR lease without even discussing this a single time at the move in day/ signing meeting. Completely Incompetent staff here.... How is the lease term not discussed at the lease signing day...???
I have lived in Stonehaven for almost two years now and have had nothing but trouble. The roof has been leaking for two months and nothing has been done about it. I have called them nearly everyday asking when something will be done and I just get ran in circles. The front door does not latch properly and I have asked twice for someone to fix that and no one has. I asked 3 times for someone to come caulk the tub because it was leaking rust and black goo into the tub from the wall and again no one did it properly so I had to do it myself. Every time I have had an issue the office always acts so nice and pretty much lies to my face that something will be done about it. Save yourself the headache and live anywhere else.
I have lived in Stonehaven for 3 years. Always paid my rent on time never bother anyone but once I move the new management contacted me about my security deposit saying I can’t get it back because I left things in the apartment a mess. Never I clean the apartment up I never ask them to clean the carpet or spray my apartment. I was rob once someone was taking the resident tires off our cars and was told not to report this to social media. When walking home at night it’s dark they refuse to put up lights. My neighbors said they harassed you over 2$ moving away from that place made my life so peaceful it’s not worth your money or time they change management every 3/6 months nothing get fix or taking your feeling in consideration
Current resident at Stonehaven. Having the worst experience with my air conditioner. Had to have it completely replaced 3 weeks ago, and now we are on day 5 with no air. The apartment is about 82 degrees all day. Maintenance is sent out every day to fix the problem and it is NEVER fixed. They come in and say it’s blowing and walk around and leave. The problem is not being fixed. I am only 3 months into my lease and I’m hoping to spare someone else this frustration. Not to mention we have a newborn baby that shouldn’t be suffering because of poor management.
I have lived at Stonehaven Apartments for 2 years now. During that 2 years, the environment has mostly remained peaceful, and my apartment hasn't had any issues that I've had to call maintenance or management about. My neighbors are kind, quiet, other than when one has her grandchildren visit (I only hear them when they're leaving her apartment). Parking is always available and the parking lot in my area is always well lit. The only rough complaint I can say about the place is that my apartment sits at the bottom of a hill, when it rains, a little flooding happens in the walkway. I can't say anything towards management, or maintenance due to never really needing to interact with them. Other when it's time to pay rent. I would recommend anyone to move into Stonehaven.
I have been at my current apartment for about 6 months now, and i have to say its not bad. The location is very nice, right off of one of the major interstates in the St.Louis county area, about 5 minutes away from grocery stores, a 24 hour Walmart only 10 minutes away, and my favorite part, its on Lindbergh!!! so it has a ton of restaurants to chose from on a night out. The apartments themselves are surrounded by trees, so if you love Fall like i do then you will love the front row seats you get. the management is nice also very helpful and friendly. Stonehaven (apartment name) even has a 24 hour fitness room along with a nice swimming pool. Its very quite and relaxing in this area its almost like you're in a different world. Stonehaven`s Maintenance is even very quick and nice. All in all Stonehaven apartments is a very nice place to live.
I have lived here for one month and my car has already gotten broke in too! They are very empathetic and lied when I asked before I signed my lease about there history with break ins.
This the is worst place to lived. I have reported that my apartment has been leaking 6 times. The apartment manager have incompetent people working for and they have lied about repairing the problem. They have painted in the areas that was leaking, which is the only closet that i have with my clothing hanging up. Their maintenance people will used your electricity and watch your Cable television with out asking permission. Don't rent an apartment from these people.
I love these apartments. The grounds are very well kept. Quiet neighbors as well. When something is wrong it's fixed right away. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because they are super small for the price. 1 bedrooms are more like studios..
I moved here in a one bedroom at the end of May 2015. I wanted a apartment that was affordable and in a good, safe area. Stonehaven was it! I really like the private entrance to my home! The staff are a bit up tight but they handle business. The complex stays clean for the most part and quiet. So far so good with Stonehaven I'm enjoying my spacious one bedroom apartment.
Stone Haven is an awesome place to live in. It is a very convenient location right off the highway with grocery stores, shopping centers, and restaurants within miles of your residence. Very quiet and respectful neighbors so it makes the living situation a whole lot easier. The staff is tremendous they are always happy when greeting there residents it just makes the living situation better. To add this is my second time living here and the choice for me was easy when i move back to North County stone haven was at the top of my list.
