Property Ratings at Stonehaven Townhomes and Apartments
When I first toured the apartments in April 2021, I was in the middle of life change and knew that I would likely not be there for an entire one-year lease; I ended up only living in my apartment for a month - from mid-May through mid-June 2021. I was up front with them from the beginning - telling them about the situation then and keeping them informed as things worked themselves out. The owner and staff were all very professional through the entire process and worked with me to accommodate my unique situation and find a solution that worked for both them and me.
I hate living here. Extremely overpriced for how little you get. The stuff are rude. The owner is terrible. No wonder they are having a hard time filling their apartments.
The rental process from start to finish was great. The management staff listened to our needs, helped us find an apartment that fit our budget and was able to move us in quickly. All maintenance concerns are handled in a timely manner with their professional staff. We will definitely recommend living here to our friends.
This is a nice building if you are an employee or student wanting to live right across the street from campus. The rental office is right next door and houses a pizza shop, tanning salon, laundromat, and fitness room. Any problems are always fixed in a timely fashion.
The complex is spread into a bunch of 12 apartment buildings so there is not too many people in your building. The landlords take care of the apartments and any problems are fixed quite quickly. There is a laundry building in the rental office so you don't have far to go to do laundry. It is very close to Edinboro campus so it is great for students who are out of dorm contracts. It is an all around good place to rent.
