Property Ratings at Stonehedge Apartments
This apartment complex is full of amenities, has a wonderful staff, and maintenance requests are handled very quickly. I love the underground parking and access to all the pools!
The most unprofessional experience with moving out I’ve encountered in my lifetime. Management is not transparent with costs accrued after moving out. Please be aware that they may give you broken/aged appliances which if you don’t have pictures of will be held against you on move out. The water fee is calculated as an average cost per “number of occupants” which even if you do not reside at the apartment for the final months will get added on to your bill along with random surcharges. The checkout list mandates you lift fridge, stove and all other spots that tenants would not assume to check on move in. But on checkout you are expected to scrub everything down, despite the effort placed in cleaning (and immaculate preservation of the property) they may complain of “hard water stains.” Additionally, we were told they hold the right to withhold as much money as they want for carpet cleaning even if you were told the carpet was in pristine condition when you did the final move-out walk through. Tenants please do your homework and take pictures as well as check behind your fridge/stove and demand management also present the apartment to you in the way you will be expected to leave it. They do not hire any additional cleaning service on move out, you are the cleaning service which includes every crevice, nook, corner and vent grill etc. They will charge you for carpet cleaning even if you have left it in pristine condition, FYI. Once you leave they will withhold random amounts of your deposit with various excuses not founded or outlined in their contract. We urge you to heed this warning and do your homework.

We're really sorry that you had a frustrating move out experience. We try to give a very transparent move out experience by offering a cleaning checklist that is easy to follow. We also offer a personal inspection with the office before your move out to know what your final charges will be or give you an opportunity to go through the apartment again and get more of your deposit back. We are always open to feedback to improve this process. Please don't hesitate to call the office and share that feedback so we can do better for our future residents.
1)Items stolen off the property 2 times. The theft of my Trek Mtn Bike is documented by a Police report. 2) Poor communications from Management. Cost me a tow one time. They did offer to reimburse. 3)Noise. 2 different sets of neighbors cost me many nights of lost sleep from parties and stomping in the apt above me. This went on for months. I communicated numerous times with management but there was no resolve until the 1st group moved out on their own. The 2nd group caused me to move out early and pay up my remaining months. I retained all of my communications with management regarding these noise issues.
I had to relocate from another state where I had lived for over 30 years. The management at Stonehedge Apts is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. They made me feel so welcome and helped me so much in becoming comfortable in my new home. They respond quickly to any issue that arises and make me feel valued as a tenant. The maintenance team is also the greatest. They work very hard to make the grounds look pristine and are friendly and efficient when I have needed something fixed in my apartment. I give the highest recommendation to Stonehedge Apts.
Any of my problems that I have at all, I go to the residential management here at Stonehedge Apartments and they handle it for me right away. I could not be anymore thankful for all of their hard work and dedication.
I am very happy to be living here at the Stonehedge Apartments. It is simply a great facility and I highly recommend it to other people all of the time.
I could not be more satisfied living at Stonehenge Apartments. Especially because of the wonderful people who work at the complex and do such a good job at constantly being available whenever a tenant needs their assistance.
