401 West 56th

The building itself is decent, the doormen are really nice and always available. The super is nice and quick to want to help but sometimes things happen slowly (have had a broken tile since we moved in and have had an ongoing mouse problem that was not solved). Location is great!!! So close to Central Park, Hudson River Park, Columbus Circle, Lincoln Square and every subway you could need. Elevator is really slow and there is only one, another con.
