I have found communicating with the management, maintenance teams at Stonehenge Apartments by Arium works well. Many of them live her, just like us, they know this property and know how to make it the best it can be. There is a shared interest in improving the condition of this charming property.
Like the location and the apartment is cozy. But more updates are needed. Maintenance and the lack of is disappointing.
I have been here 19 years next month and I am glad I chose to live here! It is relatively quiet, the office staff has always been professional and friendly, the maintenance team has been great also.
Stonehenge Apartments by ARIUM is a lovely community. I am so happy with my choice to become a resident here. I have lived here for 9 months now and I moved from out of state and the office team made my transition very smooth. Every resident I have encounter here has been very friendly. I feel safe in my community and the location could not be better. I am within a 5 minute walking distances of restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and parks. The office staff and maintenance team work extremely hard and are beyond professional and respectful. The apartment homes are very large in space with updated appliances. The pool is an amazing view and I love the gym setup they have. You will not go wrong with this picking this lovely community as your home!
Ideally located in a safe north Raleigh location, close to 540, Rtes 50&70 and 440. Excellent amenities, 3 outdoor pools, well equipped gym, indoor court, outdoor fire pit, bike paths, walking paths, tennis or pickle ball courts, outdoor basketball and game area, Raleigh Go bus stop, excellent public & private schools. Near wonderful restaurants, gyms, golf courses, driving range. Just plain A Great Place To Live!
Stonehenge Apartments is the best place to live, if you're looking for a peaceful place, great maintenence and excellent Management and very nice team of workers.

It really is a great place to live, location, beauty, peaceful, quiet. We have been in this complex for over 12 years, have never considered living elsewhere. Any issues they have are directly a result of the pandemic and obtaining and keeping employees in our ever changing economy.

The girls in the office Kassidy & Jessica are nice. Kassidy took the time to help me with my application. Rental payment and insurance was a little challenging though, had to leave before work and during lunch breaks to clear things out. The maintenance guys are nice also, and fixed what is requested .

I moved to Raleigh at the requirement and with the assistance of my employer. I work in Downtown so I needed somewhere that I can afford within reasonable distance for commute. I searched for months and was running out of time when I was involved in a car accident and lost my transportation. So I needed to find a place that my alternate vehicle could safely commute. I am a Realtor and Operations Manager for a new company. I found Stonehenge in online search and fell in Love the area and my apartment overall. The leasing agent was very helpful and did everything within her power to get me in my expedited timeline that was rushed. The only upset I had with it was the overall condition of the apartment cleanliness, appliances were dated and cosmetically it is dated. Rent is rather steep and should not be as high as it is.

Stonehenge by Arium offer large, dog/pet friendly apartments. Close to Route 50 and interstate 540 it’s an ideal location. With bike lanes, pools, gym, indoor basketball court, outside fire pit, situated in an ideal area of Raleigh.

Stonehenge Apartments are located in a quiet, clean neighborhood. The complex feels safe and is always kept clean and well landscaped. Leasing staff (Jessica) was so responsive and helpful during my application & move in process. I am in a recently renovated unit and the fixtures are beautiful and the apartment is super spacious. Pool, tennis court, gym, and dog grooming station are all pluses too!

Stonehenge is a quiet community with excellent amenities and maintenance service. I live diwnstairs and while I can hear the neighbor walking around upstairs, there is no noise to speak of.

Where to begin? Years of basic maintenance neglect, including (but not limited to) peeling paint, unwashed windows, rotting wood on decks and stairways, inadequate trimming of trees and bushes, tripping hazards on sidewalks & in parking lots.

My appointment has air conditioning mold . I let office management know they didn’t care , I have to summit 3,4 email or call to have them come fix broken things, it’s always a struggle for them to come over fix things with in 48 hrs . I’m paying for my washer and dry in my rent for one hole moth and I can’t make used of them , I got to spend $ out side to do my laundry! Service sucks here !

I enjoy living her it's a nice quiet development, I am disappointed about a few amenitie restrictions over the years and the things broken in my unit that take months to resolve. But overall I do love it here and I think once the things I've had issues with are resolved I will be much happier about the price I'm paying for my unit. But I do love that they have food trucks and little community activities like the smores bonfire and movie by the pool and stuff I think that's really cool my kid loves it.
Very nice and quiet place to live. Office staff is exceptionally nice and pleasant. I am glad I made the choice to live here over 17 years ago!!

location-great. amenities-great. not super impressed with much else. my 13 month lease expires a little over 6 weeks from today (march 21, 2022) and i cannot begin to express how disappointed i am in this complex. could things be worse? sure. but for how nice of an area this neighborhood is in and the amount of money they charge people, i expected more. maintenance, cleanliness and service response time are all in the gutter. i am so grossed out right now by my plumbing situation i will spare everyone but, EW. the grounds are always disgusting with litter and nobody seems to know how trash bins work. my neighbor regularly leaves about 3-4 full trash bags outside of her door every weekend along with the occasional toilet plunger and cardboard boxes that she expects the trash people to collect when they’re not even broken down. super cozy and welcoming when i’m coming and going from my apartment, as you can imagine. i don’t expect much from people living here but i do expect the complex to keep up with their buildings/grounds. can’t wait to move out.

This is unacceptable and does not meet Stonehenge Apartments by ARIUM standards. It is very unfortunate that you've been dealing with these issues and we want to assure you that better practices are always in the works on our end.
We have enjoyed several years here. It is a community better suited for short term occupants, looking for house, short term work here, etc. Longer term residents, folks who want an apartment 'home' may not appreciate it as much. Nice location. Well served by the staff.

From day one I have enjoyed my stay here at Stonehenge! Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and great customer service, which now-a-days is hard to come across. The application process and screening took less than 24 hours to come back and that was amazing for me since my turn around window was very small. The staff was/are very accommodating and understanding-you really cant ask for a better team!
A country environment in a thriving Citi! Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Can get almost anywhere in the Triangle Area with ease, hop on 50, 70, 540, 440 last but not least, wonderful neighbors!!!
In December 2021, I will have been here for 17 years! It has been great here. Office staff is always pleasant and friendly. The maintenance team has always been efficient in doing repairs. It is a quiet environment, love the scenery.
I enjoy living at Stonehenge apartments! The parking lots are well lit. People use the community fire pit which is great to see. The size of the apartment layout is great with lots of storage. Im looking forward to using the pools and interior fireplace.

Stonehenge is a great place to live. The apartments are very spacious. The location is a short distance to everything: I540, I 440, Crabtree Mall, groceries, gas all needed amenities. The management team is quick to respond to any issue. I also love the swimming pools

I love living here! The staff is amazing and it is quiet! Yes, quiet!!! This is my favorite thing about living here as I moved from a neighborhood that got ridiculously out of hand with loudness (loud mufflers, booming stereo systems all the time, and other things that are not worth mentioning here) and inconsiderate neighbors. My neighbors here, on the other hand, are thoughtful, mindful, and considerate. Unfortunately, this is a rare thing these days! I can't believe I found an area with so many great people!
I have been here close to one week and the staff and my neighbors are absolutely wonderful. I am quite happy about my move here.

This community is excellent. The office staff is so very reponsive and serving of resident needs. Those who perform maintenance are very kind and professional.
The property is so beautiful and the staff in the office is so friendly and caring. Unfortunately the same cant be said for maintenance. We have been without AC for approximately 3 weeks now. Maintenance doesnt know what theyre doing, it takes 4 work orders and many phone calls just to get scheduled for an HVAC vendor.
Living at Stonehenge Apartments these past 16.5 years has been wonderful ! Close to work, shopping, etc. Very quiet and the office staff and maintenance team are always doing a great job!
Everyone does their best to make this a great place to live. It's not easy but they work as much as necessary to make things good, better, and best. Recommended.
