West of I-410, Crown Meadows sits about 10 miles from Downtown San Antonio. This neighborhood has plenty of entertainment options, from buzzing local restaurants and popular sports bars to tourist hot spots as well.

Property Ratings at Stonehill at Pipers Creek
3 years ago I moved out for the first time and you would think “I’m excited to finally be on my own!” And I was! I moved in February 5th and then the famous winter storm came in on February 15th. That’s when my year ling NIGHTMARE started. The ceiling caved in and I couldn’t live in my apartment for a month. I was forced to couch surf until mid March when I finally got my unit back. They never helped me out with rent OR let me brake my lease with no issues. I DID NOT feel safe. The water was always rusted ORANGE. The lights never worked ROACHES all the time EVERYWHERE. I cried so much being here and WOULD never recommend my experience to anyone. Not to mention there were always men that were not building personal hanging around where I (22F at the time) had to call people so I could make sure I would make it to my apartment safely. Please be safe and do your research before landing in an apartment. Please learn from my mistake.
Management changes constantly, a lot of insects, very poor move in conditions, things break often. Been living here for almost two years and I’m ready to get out.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This was my very first apartment. When I moved in in January the unit was given to me in absolutely horrible conditions; food in the freezer, so many things broken, and just overall looked like they did not clean the place before letting me move in. Maintenance is horrible and doesnt fix anything even after multiple work orders for the same thing. Management is also not helpful at all. There are just too many issues to count and nothing ever gets fixed. Ive also had 4 different management companies while living here and all are horrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE
When I moved into my unit and was doing my inspections of it, I found german cockroaches. It's nearly been 2 months since I moved in, and the place has been treated numerous times, and I still find baby roaches. The kitchen was dirty when I moved in, and I asked if they can send a cleaning service to get the roach poop out of the cabinets. They sent a repair guy with a rag and white spray paint, and he just sprays painted the poop. So I deem the cabinets unusable. The day we went to get our keys we asked for a camera doorbell and a covered parking spot. The doorbell is an add on they offer for $10 a month, and we still don't have it after 2 months of waiting. On top of that, I've asked for a parking spot a few times, and they tell me they can't give me one until one is opened up. However, they can make a new spot for someone else a month after I asked about it. So not sure why they can't do the same for me. The carpet in my unit is gross, it's stiff from the former tenant's feet. The spots were their furniture was is the only soft places to stand. They didn't at least hire a carpet cleaner to clean it. The office staff never seem to take these issues seriously, or always tell me to wait, and I'm sick of waiting. It's been near 2 months, and barely anything has been done.
4 months ago I reported an ac cooling issue and after running 2 window units the central air unit 2 ceiling fans an oscillating fan and a floor blower and the apartment stills gets up to 78 degress with all the shades and blinds closed my wife is going into surgery and will have to come home to a hot apartment because they refuse to get a knowledgeable ac repair company to find and fix the issue because of the lack and knowledge in getting my ac repaired. I always pay rent on time and even pay for additional services and like to think that I'm one of the good tenants and would just like to have them fix it already.

I really enjoys everything about this and what they have to offer. I didn’t even have to go out of my way and buy separate appliances. I received amazing and helpful service. This eneded up becoming an easy and best choice for me!! The people around us are very respectful. We looked at other apparents but none of them even compared to these and i truly believe i chose the best one!!
Lived here for 2 years and I will miss this place. Sophia and Stephanie are n the front are amazing.
Although the complex isnt bad the kids run wild and tear things up while getting any maintenance done is a nightmare
