Nestled at the foothills of Blue Ridge Mountains, about halfway between Atlanta and Charlotte along I-85, Greenville offers big-city excitement coupled with small-town simplicity. A burgeoning food scene and exceptional amenities plus a hospitable, close-knit community and easy access to nature account for this juxtaposition.
Greenville is teeming with options for modern adventures. Renting in Greenville affords you the opportunity to bike the expansive Swamp Rabbit Trail, catch a baseball game at Fluor Field, take in stunning views on the Liberty Bridge at Falls Park on the Reedy, watch a play at the Peace Center, meet the animals at Greenville Zoo, and purchase your next gift at Haywood Mall. You can also attend Artisphere, a three-day outdoor event which draws acclaimed international artists to Greenville every year.

Property Ratings at Stoneledge Plantation Apartments
I’ve been living at Stoneledge Plantation Apartments for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience! From the moment I moved in, everything has been seamless. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and offer great amenities. The community is quiet and friendly, which really makes it feel like home. One of the standout reasons I’ve loved living here is Jessica, the property manager. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's a maintenance request or a question about the lease, Jessica is always responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. She takes the time to get to know residents and makes sure everyone is happy and comfortable. It's clear she truly cares about the community she’s managing. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept apartment with an attentive and caring landlord, I highly recommend Stoneledge Plantation Apartments!

Your positive feedback is greatly appreciated! We're thrilled to hear that you've had a fantastic experience at Stoneledge Plantation Apartments. Our team works hard to give five-star customer service and we are pleased to hear Jessica provided you with that experience. Your five-star feedback means the world to us, but your continued residency is all the thanks we need. Here's to many more wonderful years in our community!
If anyone around you smokes in their apartment, your apartment WILL smell like they're smoking in yours. This is because the apartments are old and cheaply made. Management won't be able to stop the smoke coming into your apartment or stop the people that are doing it even though the lease says you can't smoke in the apartments. Their ultimate solution for you is to transfer to a new apartment with no guarantee that this won't happen again. And they will make you sign a new lease (with a much higher monthly rent) and also charge you a transfer fee of $250. DON'T move here unless you like living in an ash tray.

We appreciate you reaching out to us and we'd like to address your concerns as soon as possible. It is important to us that we provide our residents with a home they can be proud of. Please stop by the office or give us a call at (864) 288-1752. We look forward to improving your living experience.
During my 2-year stay here, I've had 0 complaints. There was a time that my sink wasn't working and maintenance took a while to address it but that was understandable since it was around the time Covid hit. The location was convenient as I had everything within minutes of me including work. The current staff is pretty helpful. I definitely would stay here again if I had to start over.

Nothing warms our heart like seeing a 5-star rating of our community! We love hearing from residents who care for Stoneledge Plantation the way we do! Please reach out if you ever need anything! - The Team at Stoneledge Plantation Apartments
Stoneledge has been my home for a while now and I am just now getting around to leaving them a review but you can really tell they care how everyone feels about their community. The maintenance team is the best one I've ever seen, they are always out the same day or next with any issues in my apartment.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and for being such a valued resident. Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can do to further your experience. Thanks again!
just now I had picked an apartment to move into this past October. My move in date was scheduled for December 14. I signed the lease on December 7th. On December 8th, I was informed by email that I could no longer have this apartment due to renovations and was offered an apartment that cost 75 more a month. I got my security deposit back, but the apartment I was supposed to have (149) was already listed back online and ready to move in for $135 more a month than what I signed for. They realized they could get more money and so backed out of the lease 6 days before I was supposed to move. I do not recommend this place. It is full of liars who only care about the bottom dollar. This situation could have made me homeless. They are completely unethical and the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Do not rent here.

My mother lived her and she sadly passed in July. This company was trying to charge her over $1000 because she “ended” her lease early. We tried calling and calling their office many times to discuss this but never got an answer or callback when we left messages. Never got a response from email either. I work in property management and this is just bad business. For the prices too? You could get stainless steel appliances and much more for the same price elsewhere. Would not recommend. Many people also had died while my mother had lived there inside of the apartments and never sent out notices to residents or addressed the situation. Again BAD business.

I stayed in Stoneledge for a year and during the time I had an issue with ants. I called to report the issue and was told pest control would come out the issue still wasn’t fixed, so I purchased bug spray to try to fix the issue and I still had the same issue. I moved out in February which there was a small stain on the carpet and vinyl in bathroom. Please be aware that they will charge you an arm and a leg for damages and report it to your credit. I spoke to the manager and not one time did she try to bring the price down or tried to be understanding About the issue.
Rent has gone up every year but the property has quickly turned into a dump. When we moved in, the property was nice. Now the landscape is being"renovated" but the renovation has taken over two years. The apartment has horrible lighting. It doesn't even have a light in the living room! One day the apartment above us flooded and the water came into our apartment. When maintenance came, they did nothing to fix the issue. The wall paper bubbled up and the ceiling turned yellow. They said they were going to come fix it but never did. We also asked for them to replace our dryer because it was making a strange noise. They neglected to do so. As a result, it caught on fire one day. Our washer started to leak one day and when the maintenance guy came, he said it was fine. It is still leaking to this day. If you want subpar living for an outrageous price, Stoneledge Plantation is the place for you!

Completely messed up apartment, roaches all around the place. Wasn't a pleasant experience. Would be a pocket-friendly option for those who can compromise and live with issues.
The location is perfect for my job. The apartments are nice and upgraded looking. We really enjoy living here.

we are staying here since 2years and it is good until we vacate the house or have any maintaince issue.they are very reckless frankly lazy people in maintaince they dont respond to problem even if they solve it,its of no good.if we vacate anytime leaving the house clean and no damage also they will some how manage to incline additional fee on us saying some stupid reason and will not check the house when we accompany them bcos we will know they r cheating us..if we insist to talk to higher authority they will never respond and will deduct amount from our deposit and we cant do anything.this all happened to us.we didnt have kids, pets or any guests at home it was like how they gave us but when we vacated the house they charged us $450 for nothing and when asked them to accompany us there was no reply and they simply asked to take check and indirectly getout.the worst and getting worst day by day all money ppl here and very rude people who love to cheat
