When I first saw this place I was amazed and when I moved in I was impressed. The neighbors are so friendly, it’s a quiet wait of up community, the maintenance team is wonderful , I love stoneleigh and I’m so happy I chose to move here. This is the home for you!

This place has left me stuck in a hot apartment all summer with no air conditioning. I’ve put in 2 different service requests and both times they came and looked and said there was nothing they could do!! It’s gets over 80 degrees inside my apartment every evening and they REFUSE to do anything about it. I’ve been here for over a year and just renewed my lease and now I’m stuck. Stay away from here

Hi There, Your feedback is very concerning to us. We have no record of any resident going overnight without AC here this summer- upon reviewing all service request related to AC, our records indicate all have been followed up with and addressed. As we are not able to reach out to you directly, we would ask you please contact our office as soon as possible so we can get this addressed for you.
Our experience here has been terrible. The garage doors are frequently broken and either stuck open (major security risk) or broken and left with a cone in front of them for more than a month. Packages get stolen all the time to the point where we started using other family member's houses as our mailing address. My car was broken into, even though I had it parked in the garage. Our items left in our garage spot were stolen within a week of having them there. The hallways always reek of marijuana. They will also charge you for every single thing they can charge you for.

I just moved here almost a week now in the 5200 building it looks decent and clean ,the front desk ladies were very helpful too ,, nice place to call home

Overall this apartment was an ok place to leave. Not the best place I have lived but not the worst either. They were very helpful with me when it came to working with my schedule to get moved in. Everyone at the office is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is wanting to be right off the interstate and can easily get around town and to different parts of the Twin Cities. Great location for if you want to go for walks, as a park with walking trail and play-set within walking distance. My only complaint I have about Stoneleigh is the maintenance experience and the move out process. I had a few issues with my door on my bedroom and my door on my laundry room. Was not that big of a deal but it took them a few months to even get me a door on my laundry room which made for noisy apartment and then when they finally got me a bedroom door they got the wrong size and I did not have a lock or handle on it. When it came to move out process for the most part they worked with me on getting me out of my apartment but then in my opinion they found even reason to not give me back my deposit and not mention I got out early so they had all the extra time they could have had it rented and double income but they still choose to find ever reason to take from my deposit. So overall great place but in my opinion be prepared to get very little to non of your deposit back and for maintenance to help with the issues you let them know about but if it is their issue they take there time.

What a great apartment and community to live in, minutes from both Plymouth and Maple Grove. Spacious apartments with a variety of floorplans and lease terms to fit your individual needs. Outstanding staff and maintenance team who always quickly respond and resolve any issues should one arise for residents. Floorplans are spacious, staff is very attentive and quick to reply to emails, and community amenities are top notch! 10/10 would recommend Stoneleigh at the Reserve to anyone looking for a place to live in Plymouth.
What a great place and what a challenge place to live all wrapped up into one. The apartments themselves are very roomy with massive walk in closets, pantry, and washer and dryer rooms in unit. However, most units are away from the main building where a lot of amenities are and most places don't have decks or patios. The underground parking, on site community rooms, wifi, pool, etc... are great additional features. But all those things could cost more or if free are very crowded or slow. The rent price is affordable (cheaper than living downtown), but it is a external suburb with nothing near by so you'll be driving everywhere. Weigh the pros and cons and see if you come out positive.

Love this place! Moved in 2.5 years ago, and never want to leave. The neighborhood is somewhat secluded, so there is some peace and serenity. Close proximity to any kind of shopping you could wish for and the local school districts are top notch. This property has little to no traffic except residents - we have wonderful amenities including a fantastic pool, indoor sports courts, elevators in every building, workout facility in each building, free wifi in each building's lounge & underground parking. There are tons of walking and biking paths in the area - perfect for any level of activity. My unit is perfectly sized - including an over sized bedroom which accommodates additional furniture and is still roomy - and the "pantry" is large enough to be used as a storage unit! Plus we have very high ceilings which really make the place feel very open. Neighbors are friendly - mostly young couples, single professionals and older empty nesters - which makes for a very quiet building. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive to calls, regardless of how small the issue is. And best of all.....pets are allowed!
Very nice, well-kept buildings with very friendly staff. Great neighborhood with park within a few blocks. Close to freeways and shopping. Pool, indoor basketball court, pool table, tanning bed, and exercise room in each building. Definitely recommend!!
