While I enjoy my apartment and neighbors, I would like to make aware to all that sign on to live in this apartment complex. They have a very predatory cable contract with Everfast internet where you pay a monthly non-negotiable 50.00$ for BASIC cable and Internet at speeds of 18mb. If you want faster Internet you will be charged for any additional speeds ON TOP of the flat 50.00$. Just a PSA for all as they advertise it as a boon to you, when in actuality, its parasitic to the core. When confronting the managers about this they simply chose to be extremely rude and condescending. Take it for what you will.

We do strive to provide good customer service to all our residents. If you would like to stop by our office and discuss further, that would be great.
Maintenance is exceptional if something is broken it gets fixed right away. same with the office staff they are always willing to help. Don't think I've ever stayed somewhere with nicer amenities. And as an added bonus I don't ever hear my neighbors.

The apartments are immaculate. Beautiful and well maintained. The grounds are nice and well laid out. The units are well-insulated and the garden tubs and sliding glass are very cool. I'm picky about apartments but this place is well run, and in a good part of town. Plenty of parking. Attached garages for $200/mo if you want also. The only drawbacks are the standard ones. They try to rush you through the move-in inspection-- which is curious because the apartments are really nice. The show apartment actually looks like the unit you'll be getting at move-in. If you break the lease they will exploit that and charge you the max regardless of your circumstances, but very few property management companies will cut you any slack breaking a lease. They do have an available option (at move in only) where you can pay $500 and meet other criteria and get out of it, but obviously most residents don't go for it. The only odd thing is the toilet is unusually small and I'm a bigger guy. They did offer to install one I liked better if I bought the toilet for them and paid them another $160. Overall though I couldn't be happier with our decision to move here.

Just moved in and while a different experience with social distancing in place, everything went very smoothly. The office staff, Josh in particular, has been very welcoming and helpful during the while process. The apartments and grounds at this property are very well kept and thus far, i am enjoying my new neighborhood. Highly recommended!

I have been here almost a year and I am so happy I chose to rent here! Not only is it a beautiful property that is very well-kept, my apartment is gorgeous and located in a quiet place with nice neighbors. Maintenance is very timely and always diligent about snow blowing and clearing the walkways and parking lot during this cold winter. The staff is also very professional and helpful; namely Emily who helped me with my leasing paperwork. The prices really are reasonable for Johnson County especially for the desireable location and many amenities.

Maintenance staff and the neighbors were the best part about the complex. The office staff was awful, awful, awful, awful, awful!!!! The office staff is not helpful, extremely rude, and liars. Throughout my time living at Stonepost the office staff was constantly changing. Office staff were coming and going every day. Neighbors constantly complained about the office staff, and it all makes sense now. Dealing with the office staff is like dealing with a clique of high school girls. I highly advise you to rent elsewhere! You can get so much more for your money elsewhere, and not have the headache of the dealing with the office staff. The basketball court was small, the pools were closed during the spring for an extended amount of time, the breakfast that took place the first Saturday of each month was scrambled eggs that shouldn’t even be considered scramble eggs. Take the advice and stay clear.
Me and my fiance have lived at stonepost for about 10 months. thus place is amazing, first place in a long time that we have not had any issues. they get things done when asked. everyone that lives in this small community is super nice too. Stonepost has just about everything that you would need. The size of the apartments is perfect the garages are perfect size to fit a car and then some. highly recommend Stonepost if you are looking for a new place to live!
I have lived here since i moved here from North Carolina in 2011, Stonepost Ranch is a nice place to live. Its very quiet, also when issues come up they are quick to address them. They are very clean, no bugs which are a very big thing for me an if it is they have a company to come every two weeks. The staff is very professional. The only thing i dislike is they change staff way to often, but other than that, its a nice relaxing place to live.
I lived here for 7 years and was treated horribly when I checked out. There are better options in the area.
Ive lived in this apartment for three years now and still love living here. Staff has always been friendly and pretty quick to address any issues. Ive only had to complain about noise once and that was it. Location is very close to lots of things while still being a quiet place to come home to. Both pools are great (one has a sandy beach) as are the fitness centers. Newer, modern looking fixtures and appliances and partial "wood" floors. Open floor plan leads to less of an apartment feeling. Overall, I still really like it here and plan on staying for a while!
