My name s h e l i s s a I've been in Stoneridge for almost 5 years everyone is been great and the office people are excellent and I think all of them are super anything solved you need they'll do it and anyting you asking me or try to handle it's been great here at the Stoneridge Apartments and Charlene Devin Lynn Bianca they're all great and plus the maintenance crew to thank you very much
I had to find a place after owning a home for years. I met Blanca oh way back in September of '15 and as she and I walked and talked throughout the property I noticed how quiet it was, and that was a plus. I finally decided to rent at Stoneridge in January considering the value compared to other apartment buildings in the area and out of the area. The staff here is amazing. Blanca - (Especially), Vivian (Of course) and Charlene (So Sweet). Very helpful hardworking staff and maintenance crew. I have a 1 bedroom unit, pretty spacious and fits me very nicely. The ground keeping is very nice, no trash or junk cars... Quiet area. Any complaint or problem is immediately address and the issue is resolved... I'm a little picky but any issue I have or had they handle it. I am pleased to be here at Stoneridge. If you are neat, quiet, mind your own business but also look out for your neighbors this is a wonderful spot. Good people, no knuckleheads... I wanted to wait awhile before I wrote a review of the property and like I said been here since January but I am impressed so far...
This apartment community is an older renovated community with enough amenities for your average needs. It's in a great area close to shopping and entertainment. I chose this apartment because of space I recently moved to CA from MIAMI and needed a place with space for myself and my 18month daughter. It a spacious 1bd with a fenced in outdoor space which is unheard of! The actual apartment is ok the tub in the barroom need an up grade but nothing to bad. Also the pool laundry and gym(too small) are near my unit and are nice. There is also assigned covered parking. For the rent it is just what we needed
