Property Ratings at Stoneridge Apartments
I have had the best experience here. Quiet and comfortable. Property management is actually awesome. Very on top of anything you have issues with … and friendly about it.
The management is amazing, Shirley is such a great landlord and if any services / maintenance is needed they fix it within 48 hours -talk about service! The units are very spacious and super clean, I did not expect the ceilings to be as high as they are for being on the first floor. Either my neighbors are super quiet or the walls are HEAVILY insulated because I never hear anything other than the occasional stool sliding on the floor above. If you’re looking for a place to rent, I definitely recommend taking a look at StoneRidge. The units may be a little higher in price but WELL WORTH IT.
Very quiet, spacious, but also kid friendly. I recently just rented an apartment here and so far i love it. Having our own entry way is wonderful and the management group is amazing and very, very friendly. I just moved from a 5 bedroom home that i owned and i was terrified to go to an apartment but it has been nothing but the best. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a wonderful place.
Stopped by to look at the apartments talked to the manager she was very friendly and helpful. The apartments inside are very nice and large inside. Seems to be a great place.
We recently moved into our apartment here from a home in the county, was not quite sure if we were going to like the apartment living but I have to say our apartment is very spacious and its very peaceful here. I love having our own entry and being able to do our laundry right at home still is a huge plus. I am happy to call this my new home!! Very highly recommended.
I love this place! Its quiet but kid friendly, the property is beautiful, your not to far away from town but far enough not to be bothered by loud traffic. The property management is super friendly and helpful when asked questions. I will deffinatly recomend this place to anyone who asks! :)
The apartments are beautiful, clean, and homey! The managers are super friendly and always try to help. The apartments are well maintained and very pretty!! Great place to live and raise a family!
The apartment itself was ok. I loved the location and layout. In the 2 years we lived there it was owned by 2 different owners and had 3 different managers. It is NOT an on-site manager either as stated in the website, nor did we have walk in closets as it boasts. We had fire alarms go off in a builing and were told not to call the fire department but the person who came to check it out took an hour and a half to get there! Repairs are not done. We had several days of snow where the parking lot or driveways to get out weren't plowed til the afternoon. Good luck getting your security deposit back too. They charge you for even everyday wear and tear. We were also charged for things that we asked to have repaired when we moved in but we're never fixed.

Hello and thank you for your feedback! It it unfortunate that you felt this way while living at Stoneridge. We take pride in servicing our tenants needs and would invite you to contact our office to discuss your concerns further. Thank you again for being a valued resident!
My biggest fear about moving from my own home of over 30 years to an apartment was how I would adjust to apartment living. In 2007 I viewed an apartment home at Stone Ridge with my daughter and commented at the time to her that "I could live here." In 2010 when I sold my home, I was lucky enough to move into a large (over 1300 square feet), 2-bedroom, 2-full bath apartment home at Stone Ridge. The cathedral ceilings in the living/dining area make the space seem even more open. With all this room, I discovered that I wouldn't need to sell any of my furniture - actually enjoying more space than in my previous home, as well as getting my own garage and in-unit washer and dryer - both a must have for me. I had no problem adjusting to my new home and even better was that my 11 year old dog adjusted very well too. Stone Ridge has a peaceful, semi-country setting while being within minutes of shopping. There is an abundance of "green space" between the buildings and most of the buildings are on an angle which means you aren't looking right into your neighbors' windows. Another great feature is that all units have their own outside entry door, which means "no" hallway noise from other residents coming into or going out of the building. I don't want to forget to mention that Stone Ridge is very pet friendly - lots of room to walk my dog which is important to me. We have an amazing on-site management team of Ron and Carol. They both truly care about the residents and our happiness. Ron strives to make sure issues are taken care of promptly and efficiently to our satisfaction. I truly am happy living at Stone Ridge - I couldn't ask for a better apartment home setting and have shared my feelings with family and friends. Thank you for the opportunity to share what Stone Ridge has to offer.
Since my wife and I have moved into this apartment we have really noticed the extra free time we have to do things we really enjoy doing together like boating, traveling, dining out, etc. We both used to live in our own homes until our divorces forced us to change our lifestyle. Now we don't have to spend 3 to 4 hours every other day mowing our lawn, doing landscaping, snow blowing and shoveling our driveways, gardening, etc. We just love our apartment living. We had new carpeting and painting done before we moved in. Our new maintenance man is really friendly and helpful and gives us very fast and efficient service on any problem we have had. We love our deck and view from our living room. We've been able to organize all of our personal belongings with lots of storage here in the spacious apartments. We were even able to rent an additional garage to store our boat in. That is really handy rather than storing it off site. It is very warm and cozy in the winter and the air conditioning is great in the hot summer months. We are very happy living here!
