the worst

water shut off every week . yellow water and rust. The management company is the worst. read other reviews . Old rust piped.

Many problems with hot water. People constantly fight over washers/ dryers. Many residents park on the street rather than park inside their space making hard find parking. I notcied the possoms/racoons are almost gone after many years of them living with us. They keep raising rent without remodeling. Neighbors can be noisy and unfriendly as of late. Just please stop raising rent if you are not going to make the place better. Some tenants get special treatments like new windows. Please treat everyone the same as the units look tacky by having some with brand new windows and others with the super thin ones. Walls are thing but the landscaping is awesome though.

Horrible complex

There is a rat problem at this complex. The office wasn’t able to solve it, so we decided to move out. Instead of working with us they took our deposit and continued to bill us when we told them we were moving out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No matter how cheap it is.

Smelly and dirty homeless camp next to parking lot.

I noticed a homeless encampment next to the apartment parking lot. Area smells. A lot of garbage too.

If you are ok with not cooking and icy cold showers, perhaps this is the place for u.

Not that nice

Garbage area is a mess. A lot of feral animals wonder around the complex at night. Look out! Stucco and garages need to be painted. Metal railings are rusted and also need to be painted. First generation washers do not clean well. Wood rot. Busted walkway lights. Single pane windows that make for very hot summers and cold winters. Cracks all over the apartment.

Welcome Home

You feel like you are coming home walking into this small community. Everyone is warm and friendly and will go out of there way to help you, the residents quickly become fast friends. Surrounded by lush landscaping and private balconies that overlooks the crystal pool that is heated through out the year to lounge by. You are walking distance to restaurants and all your shopping needs. Best part it's quiet and peaceful especially after a long day at work.
