Management can’t manage anything!

These apartments are affordable but management is really lazy when it comes to repair and maintenance. No matter how many times you go and request to get something fixed, they take forever. I know someone who had their AC not working during summer and management never took care of it. A lot of stuff happen at these apartments, management is there only to get their paychecks and that’s it. Really disappointed.

Stressful place to live at

These apartments are affordable but since the change in management, summer 2019, bad things have been happening. Rent checks were stolen from the leasing office, my mailbox has been broken into, and my car has been hit by a neighbor. Also cockroaches are a problem here like at any other apartment complex.
