Living in TN since Oct. 2021 has been a experience. Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club is my second apartment that i have lived in. I started out down in Brentwood and I can tell you it is not all what they say about it. So being blessed to see and move up here to Stoneridge Farms at the Hunt Club has be the perfect move I have made. I love the fact that the Staff here is very professional, understanding, know how to handle all things that come into the office and our community. They are great about listening to you when there is something you need and they do get back with you within 24-48hrs. I love the changes/upgrades that is going on around the complex. The grounds and landscaping is always maintain. If I can be honest with everyone, it is the staff and my beautiful 2bdrm, 2bathroom that has me here to never want to leave.

The property overall is a positive place to live. We have gone through several property managers but the Assistant Mgr Amanda has been amazing. I complain more than I should but she always has patience and resolves any issues I have. It’s a gated community and I do feel safe in result to that. They have great amenities for residents as well.

I enjoy living here. The office staff is very friendly and quick to respond to the needs of tenants. It is quiet also. I also appreciate the maintenance staff because they respond quickly to emergency and non emergency calls.
I love living at stone ridge The Employees are very nice to me I consider them family
The staff at this property is excellent. The care and concern that they devote to the residence here is amazing. They go over and above their job requirements to ensure that your experience here is that you feel cared for. The property itself is fine, but the staff makes the difference here.

Don’t move in here. The property management does not care about its residents only about money. Any upgrades you see are equivalent to putting lipstick on a pig.

This is a nice place to live. The office sltaff are wonderful.They are very professional with any concern I may have and always work with me to get it solved. Maintenance guys are the best.

I still enjoy living here after almost a year now. This is my third time living in Tennessee and I have to say other places I lived prior to this recent move back were extremely loud and finding a parking space was extremely difficult to find and it had to be paid for. The community as a whole from my experience has been fairly quiet but I know stuff like that really depends on your neighbors whom nobody can choose but I have to say it's the first time I lived in the "quiet" section. Just a short walk way from my apartment is a nice 1/2 mile loop to walk/jog and on a paved service with just a few areas where you would need to look for cars as you come up on driveways for business's and such. It's also very close to the grocery store so super easy to get groceries and even to make a quick run to pick up something that was missed on the list if need be. Any issues that I have had were responded to and corrected in one way or the other within reasonable time, which in my case is typically 2 days or in some cases faster depending on the volume/day of the ticket submitted.The maintenance staff has always been nice and respectful of my workspace by communicating what they are going to do such as have to shut off power briefly so that I could go and disconnect from any docking stations and such so I didn't have any weird snafu's with a sudden lose of power. All in all good times. I'm not going to say that they are absolutely perfect as I don't expect anyone or company to be perfect but they definitely work to resolve any issues as they come up and from my perspective have been very forthcoming with how they plan to resolve issues and when they are going to be able to do it.
