The new office is great! Things week rough during the pandemic. No staff. But with the new management things have finally started getting better!
Never seen such high prices for such low quality appartments, they are small, the grounds are mid, and the management don't do much of anything.
No management or maintenance and laundry facilities are not working since November 2023 Mold everywhere and the management is not helping at all
Don’t even think about living here. The office staff is horrible unresponsive and nothing ever gets resolved. This has been the worst place to live in. No Maintence in the past year. Can’t wait to get out of my lease.
I Live here now and I suggest if you are looking to move here skip this place. Walls are paper thin and you here EVERYTHING. The air conditioner unit in the wall is a joke and doesn't cool down or heat the apartment at all. There is nothing luxurious in apartment apart from name. Also there online auto rent pay system does not work, failed to auto charge rent to my account twice, staff has forced me late pay fee for second failure, staff agrees auto pay has failed because of changes in how utility bill is being charged and their system does not allow waiving of late fee twice even though it is issue with their auto pay system and staff even assured me that auto pay may fail next month as well!!

Stoneridge completely took advantage of us when we were having a baby and needed to extend our lease by about a month because I was due right when our lease was up. They raised our rent by $500/month even though we had neighbors whose rent did not get raised. We dealt with a mold issue in our apartment and had to fight with the complex to get it taken care of, and had to have them come back because they did not fix it the first time. Not a very happy ending to our time at Stoneridge.
I have been living here for a little over a year and I'm super happy. Heather Farm is walking distance, Mount Diablo is a 20 minute drive, and the Iron Horse Trail is also really close. Not only that but it's super quite here, I don't hear any of the normal city noise and everything is an easy car or bike ride away. A new Whole Foods also opened just up the street! They also just got a lot of new staff in the front office and everyone new is really nice and helpful. I plan on staying a while.
Please please please, Do not Move into this apartments they're the worst of the the worst. Please save your time and money, this is a true story.

Good neighborhood on Diablo Hills Golf course. Good neighbors good schools. apartments are dated but well maintained. Feel like I am living in my own home not an apartment. Laundry room right next door to me.carport is right out front. I walk right into my front door. I have lived here over 30 years.

I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 8 years now. I cannot leave. The pool is amazing and it has become one of the best communities in Walnut Creek. Whether it's a lazy Sunday or just time to unwind after work, you will always find people at the pool, or in the hot tub to meet and chat with. Offerings like weekly Yoga and clean up to date amenities make this community tough to beat. My only complaint would be the small closets in most units. Some have W/D some don't. Despite all of that I can't imagine being happier anywhere else!
