Property Ratings at Stones Crossing Apartments
Poor management, maintenance guys are friendly but useless, neighbors are an absolute nightmare, the buildings are falling apart and the property is full of everyones garbage. Save yourselves the trouble and do not live here.
Apartments are infested with mice and roaches. Roaches were spotted the very first day of moving in!! Mice are coming through the walls of other apartments i’m sure of it, had to get stove covers because that’s where they seem to pop out of. I’ve killed at least 5 already ALL in this month of December. I am not a dirty person whatsoever so this is definitely trifling. There’s black mold in closets that you can see was clearly just painted over. Management does not get back to you in a timely manner and there’s always commotion and loud people outside past the wind down window. Just not a place to live or feel safe.
My daughter had an apartment there. She called in maintenance request in feb for a leaking window. As of Sept, it still hadn't been addressed. By then the front window was leaking and shorted out the electrical outlet. There was black mold throughout the apartment among other issues. They finally let her out of her lease and said they would refund her deposit. They never did. They won't return calls, fix anything, or do what they promised. Also cops are called there regularly and drug usage is horrible. I have found needles in the parking lot and the Marijuana smell comes through the walls or vents.
The management is great they’re always willing to help out tenants. The maintenance is swift to fix things.
Stone crossings is the place where you and your family can be safe. Stones crossing has a wonderful team that care about our well fair. Clean, affordable, comfortable apartments and fun too always something fun the main office does like bingo, for rent credit. Couldn't be happier and you will too. Km
Annetta the office manager, is friendly and helpful to everyone! Maintenance Staff is well qualified for what ever needs attention! Nice quite apt. complex. by WH
I just love the apartment so much because it's bigger than the house that I was in. Convenient laundry facilities great location I don't plan on moving any time soon
stones crossing is great. The office is always so helpful. I've been here close to a year and no complaints
I Have Been Living Here For 3 Years And I Love It!
I have been living here from more than 06 months now and I love my apartment. It's huge in size and most importantly coming at a reasonable price. Best part is it's proximity to all major amenities like Walmart, Target etc. and Management is also very friendly, responsive and cooperative.
I've lived in stoecrossing apts for about 8 months now,it has been a really good expierence. All the staff has been courteous and caring,if there's a problem their very quick to get on top of it and get it corrected. Also there never a problem finding a parking place, everyone I've encountered has been friendly,I would recommend. Stonecrossing to anyone searching for an apartment.
Cozy apartments, they fix things when needed to be fixed.
Management is friendly and helpful. They do a lot for the residents.
The owners are actively working on turning this from a terrible complex into a place worth living. In the time I’ve been here it’s truly been felt that they actually care about the property and the residents. I’ve watched as this apartment complex has steadily improved over the last year and change. Great place for a single guy or a young family.
Because the staff is wonderful. The apartments are nice and roomy. They are always celebrating the holidays and making you feel welcome. It is a great place to live. -Jacqueline
They have nice apartments at affordable prices. Worth looking at.
Maintenance is quick and fast. The owners really care about the tents. It's pet friendly and you receive trash and water included. It's honestly a well rounded and caring apartment complex.
Management and staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to live.
They were very timely with the move in process. Maintenance is fast when it comes to repairs. The office is really willing to help out their tenants.
My apartment is nice. My neighbors are quiet which is great since I work 3rd shift. The management is very good at keeping this a safe and clean environment. I would definitely recommend this as a good place to live.
And I love it. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and management is quick to rectify any problems. Staff is friendly and professional. You're close to both Kroger and Walmart for shopping. Monthly contests for rent credits. It is just overall great place to live!
I love living here very peaceful , very nice management overall I haven’t had any complaints since living here
I moved out of state for a job they worked with me on my credit issue and moved me inn really quick. I am happy here and I like my neighbors.
I've lived here almost a year and plan on staying. The management is very helpful and friendly.
I would like to say that I had a very good experience when moving into stonecrossing apts.Everyone was so nice and professional and the apts.we're nice clean and reasonably priced would definitely recommend them in the future.
lived here two months, maintenance/management very unprofessional & nosy. neighbors are very loud and inappropriate, cops are here often. not a good place to raise a kid.
Do not rent here! Worst apartments in town, A LOT of crime, fights and drug dealers, the office and maintenance are worst, no security provide, and watch out with your neighbors if they now your left for a few days they break in to your apartment. don't move here.
Been here since mid April , so far so good..... nice and quiet and manager Annetta is very nice and accommodating as well as compassionate to your needs...... also screens perspective renters in the manner that is truly professional.
Nice, cozy apartments, very happy with everything so far.
ive had issues with mold and a/c problems and they never fix anything correctly. locked myself out of apartment once and maintenance guy came over all tweeked out smelling of marijuana.

I am pleasantly surprised how much this complex has improved! Better neighbors, better staff, and better maintenance. I am very happy living here now.
It's a nice apartment.the central air is nice! The pigeons ain't though lol I like the lay out and its pretty big
we just moved in here a few months ago and now moving. It is now like downtown chicago. people out having parties all night in the parking lot and placing garbage at your door. dirty and noisy place to live. think twice before moving here.
