Property Ratings at Stoney Creek Apartments
Stoney Creek apartments is the very best to loved in. I lived in this complex for so many years and the staff's and maintenance are just amazing. Stoney Creek is the number 1 best. M. V.
This place is beautiful and very homely. The office staff is extremely kind and will go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. The maintance staff are all nice and go the extra mile to fix anything in the apartment. Great place to live
Since we arrived on February 14, everything has been great from the treatment in the office to the attention provided by the staff. does a great favor of better people than you coming thanks ...
We used to love this place! But everything you're reading about the office staff is true. Sometime in the past 6 months or so they had a complete turnover in the office. Since then, the people who work there make it clear to your face that you are unimportant and that you're bothering them with your presence. I had to make multiple maintenance requests because the girl in the office kept writing down the wrong info on tickets, to the point where I had to use my lunch hour to go to the office myself and ensure that she wrote the correct info on the ticket. She either couldn't give a single care, or she had the aptitude of a loaf of bread. They are extremely rude and make up rules and excuses on the spot so they don't have to do their jobs. Just the other day they told my 93 year old neighbor she had to move all their appliances herself so they can re-carpet. Seriously? Unfortunately the office staff have ruined what would otherwise be a really nice place to live.
New management allows you live to rats, be harrassed by other tenants, and then take your money when you move out for damages that never existed. Severely overpriced for what you get. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, unless you enjoy two microaggressive "managers" who never respond/arent concerned about you as a human being or your living conditions.
I would have left no stars if there was an option. Mice everywhere caught 15 within a few weeks, cenetipedes ALL over the town houses even up in the bedrooms, mold and running water in basement only could cancel lease because I called the health department and town or Greece. Do not live here.
I lived here for a year, I am in the process of moving back, it's a great place to live the apartment's are beautiful and everyone in the office is very helpful, I love the big space
I just moved in, and while the apartment is decent I have concerns with the office staff specifically the manager. I'm not sure she ever gave her name as she is extremely dismissive and when I call with a questions she acts as though I am bothering her. This alone makes me uncomfortable living here. If you can't ask the office manager a question without getting attitude( and slamming the phone down) why would you want to live in a place and pay rent monthly to someone like that. Obviously people who are new to the complex are going to have questions. NOT OK. I have also seen drug activity taking place on the premises, maybe if they listened to their tenets they could receive this information. I will not be renewing my lease and they will not get any referrals from me.
I’ve only been a resident here for about 2 months now, but it’s been the best 2 months I could have asked for. My apartment is spacious, yet cozy. Rustic, but with up to date appliances and technology. If something is wrong, management responds super quickly and do whatever they can to resolve any issue I might have. Everyone is super personable and really have your best interest at heart. The ladies in the rental office and the staff at the management company really care about their residents and take the time to put the resident first. A in customer service and efficiency. The property is beautiful too, a lot of trees and landscaping make it seem more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. I couldn’t be happier here, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!
Stony creek apartments are spacious and great they have a huge bedroom and wonderful living area with a great neighborhood and near everything
The staff are so friendly and will to work with you. They are so nice and spend the time to give you a personalized experience. Highly recommended!
I moved in about 7 months ago and I am very happy with my townhouse. Maintenance is wonderful. They always come in a reasonable amount of time after you call the office and get the job done. Management is always welcoming and the grounds are very well kept. The snow is always removed by the time I leave for work in the morning and I have never had any problems.
I just recently moved in about 6 months ago. I have lived at 2 other apartment complex's in my 29 years and this is by far the best! The office is so inviting and cleanly alongside of the staff. Even there maintenance staff is friendly inviting and extremely well kept. They take a lot of pride in the property and it looks just stunning now that fall has hit! The management is extremely outgoing and so professional!! I just feel so much at home I felt I should let those of you struggling to find a place know! Even if your not sure you should definitely stop in the office and go see an apartment because I am telling you, I am sure you will feel JUST as I did! Great job Stony Creek!!
