Some buildings are lovely,, but rent increases yearly. The company prioritizes commercial tenants over residents, overlooking residential needs.

Review Staff is very cordial and professional. Maintenance responsive to issues.

I’d like to applaud the maintenance crew who always responds in a timely manner to tickets. I place in the resident portal. The maintenance crew is professional completes the work in a timely fashion, Always explaining what happened and why.

Strata West Affordable, friendly staff on maintenance and lease side of things, nice building overall!

You will be in good hands here. I had an elétrico problem in my unit and they went the extra mile to fix it, providing all needed support until the electrician could return and fix it

Friendly and helpful staff. Was the first in my apartment an everything was well maintained with great amenities at a very good rent price. Great building, appliances, and kept clean. Only apartment complex I would move back to.

As a military wife I’ve lived in multiple places. The recent reviews states how this place is awful to live. Honestly, it’s not. Yes there are people roaming the streets, but since security has been increased they’re not in the apartment. My only complaint is that the events for the residents aren’t always shared within enough time. I’ve never had issues with getting through to people in the office. Additionally, it’s an apartment you’re more than likely going to hear your neighbors. Again for me, I don’t have an issues unless it’s music in the courtyard.

The building is in a good area. You can walk anywhere downtown. Events are happening all the time within the community. You're always meeting new people and the apartments are nice to live in too.

There is no privacy, you can hear your neighbors. You can hear their TV and music, You can hear the tenants who live above you walking. You have no peace and quite to enjoy. They also charge you a lot to move out with lots of move out charges

Non responsive unless they need something from you otherwise consider yourself out of luck. No one ever picks up the phones.

Homeless roam freely in the building, security does not respond in an appropriate time, management does not take noise complaints seriously, water leaks through the windows when it rains, amenities (like coffee) are always empty, homeless live in the garage area. Not worth the price!

Looks great on the surface prior to moving in, but as a resident, our experience was full of leasing agents and office staff that were neither knowledgeable nor useful when it came to issues. Questions regarding practices or issues led to problems and charges on move out with no proof. Management was silent or non existent when referred to or contacted regarding issues. While the physical location was convenient during my three years with them, it was not worth the price, quality, or stress.
