Property Ratings at Stratford at Southern Towers
Brandon was the absolute best and made me feel right at home during the tour of a one-bedroom apartment at the Stratford. He was super professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Brandon and the staff at the Stratford are super attentive and responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails which is very reassuring for a potential resident. With his help, I applied for an apartment and look forward to the idea of living here!
Place is not clean. Trash on elevators, bugs and mouse/ rodent problems,and bad smelling water. At least the people are nice. Things just seems to never actually get solved. Only slightly worked on. Also broken front security door that won't be fixed anytime soon.
Because always friendly and love the the leasing office managers. Will recommend other people to apply for the apartments.
