Nice area. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Only issue I have is the hallways on the second floor have a bad smell. Anytime there’s an issue with something they immediately email you and let you know they’ve been informed and it’s being taken care of. So far any of the neighbors I’ve come in contact with have been friendly.

The Strathmoor is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with excellent amenities. I haven't heard my neighbors once yet and I've lived here for about a year. Been here a year having moved from New England. Good value in comparison to comparable places nearby. The all new fireplace and grills area had to have been a $50k plus upgrade showing they are still investing here.

I am enjoying Strathmoor so far and I’m excited to see what the rest of my time brings me! The utilities being through NEP can cause higher prices than expected, but otherwise I have no complaints. Still a great place to live in 23! This is my favorite apartment out of all the places I’ve ever had. Love my Pool-view balcony, black granite countertops, and the super-high ceilings that allow me to keep a 12 foot Christmas tree in my 580 square foot apartment. The Strathmoor is the best kept secret in Dublin.

This is my first time living on my own, but I have thoroughly enjoyed it! I love the amenities, my neighbors, and the overall vibe Strathmoor has! However, my favorite part of Strathmoor is that there is not pet restrictions and they make my pitbull, Pearl, feel loved and welcomed! We couldn't live in many apartments for this reason because she is categorized as a "dangerous/aggressive breed," but everyone at Strathmoor (staff and my neighbors) love her so much!!!

The Strathmoor is a great place to live with friendly neighbors and staff, beautiful building and landscape, and the events/activities they have are just the cherry on the top! My boyfriend and I have lived in both the studio 1 bedroom apartment and a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and loved both! Plus our pup Laya is allowed.

I love living at the Strathmoor. I'm not sure about the bad reviews I'm seeing but at least in 2020 the management here is great. The girls in the office are always genuine and friendly and I've had no issues so far. I'm a top-floor person and they did not have a top floor unit for my time-frame but I loved the apartment so much that I took a risk and moved to the 3rd floor. I was paranoid that I'd be miserable with noise but my apartment is always DEAD quiet, except for hearing some footsteps above me every now and then. It's honestly made me reassess my belief that I've always held that I absolutely need to be on the top floor. The pool is gorgeous and I love how there is a walking path with gardens in the back. DEFINITELY recommend living here.

Unfortunately, I have months left on my lease but I’m already looking at new apartments. I’ve been here 2 years and since the management could not be more rude and unprofessional. The entire Edwards Communities staff is unhelpful and they don’t care to be. Yesterday, I actually had one of the leasing agents in the office walk away from me while I was talking - I have never been treated like less of a human being or a paying member of this community. It’s way overpriced for how your treated and none of the finishes have held up. The towel racks come off constantly and my kitchen flooring comes up if it’s warm out because it sticks to me feet. Not to mention all the carpet is buckled. Definitely look at the date of the reviews because I guarantee you, anything positive is from a year ago or more.
Guess what people its 4:30 in the morning and once again and the fire alarms go off. If you value your sleep in the middle of the night do not move here. Between the alarms randomly going off and getting no information and the car break ins...do not move here Only rating 1 star because i have to
1 year ago I would have written a very positive review. Since then the entire management office quit. The sense of community and warmth went with them. Now all that's left are aging sub par appliances and cracks in the walls from the shoddy construction. All of the pet friendly policies have been replaced with "No Dogs Allowed" signs around the "pet friendly community" that I pay extra for. Tired of having to file police reports for my car getting broken into knowing the community has yet to install effective cameras or hire security. Unless you have a time machine that can zap you back to 2015-2016 I suggest you save your money and find a non-Edwards apartment since I hear they're all the same.
When my husband and I were looking for apartments in this area, for some reason we didn't have Strathmoor in our list,however, after seeing three other apartments in the area, we just happened to check Strathmoor. We met Gaby who showed us the model apartment, and we just loved the place instantly. Gaby was extremely helpful in getting us the kind of apartment we were looking for, I was very particular about the Vastu of the place and can't thank Gaby enough for giving us the best unit. Lori is awesome, she always greets us with a smile.She has been very helpful since the day we moved into this place. We have lived here a little more than 2 months now and we just love this place.The apartment complex is beautiful, it has great interiors, the corridors feel like corridors of some museum, nice display of beautiful pictures of famous places around the world. I get a lot of positive vibes living here, people here are friendly, I see a lot of cute and well-behaved fur buddies too, though I don't own one but seeing them around adds a feel good factor here. I had read reviews about noise being an issue here however I have never experienced any such issue. I can keep on praising this place,however , the best thing about this place is the management, I have never seen such a great management elsewhere. Since day one management doesn't stop to impress me with their excellent customer service. Almost all of my service requests have been addressed within a few hours.
I am absolutely in LOVE with this place! Living the Strathmoor is definitely the place to live. It is pretty expensive, but if you can afford it, it it totally worth it! I have 3 pools, hot tubs, free tanning, yoga classes, 2 free gym memberships, you name it! It feels like I am living in a hotel and I LOVE that feeling. It has some bad reviews online, but since living here, I have had nothing but great experiences. Super pet friendly with absolutely beautiful courtyards for grilling out, and being able to let my precious puppies run free and have a great time. We also have a bar/restaurant on site which is awesome. We have an indoor parking garage and GREAT security system. We have plenty of super classy elevators! Granite countertops, hardwood floors, California Bourbor carpeting, stainless steel appliances , pendant and track lighting, I mean I just don't know where to stop. I am IN LOVE with this place!
