I am currently in my second year living at Strathmore Apartments and I have had nothing but a positive experience! Linda is the best. She is incredibly responsive, and for the few minor maintenance issues that I have encountered, she had professionals at my door quickly to resolve the problem. I cannot recommend this complex enough!
My roommate and I have lived here for almost a year now. Linda was fantastic to work with and was always available to help with the move-in process. The apartment was in great shape when we moved in and only needed one or two small maintenance requests which were taken care of quickly! I would highly recommend living here.
This is the perfect place for adults, families, grad students, etc! The apartment complex offers great floor plans for all different types of families. Tons of parking, whether it’s outside or in many of the garage choices! The maintenance of the property is great, especially in winter and are very accommodating every time of the year! Linda is fantastic and I always know if there’s an issue, she’ll take care of it right away. Truly a great place to live!
I have lived here for a little over a year now, and I am very happy with my decision to move here. My apartment is very spacious, I enjoy all of the amenities, there is easy access to all major traffic routes and major interstates, and the Apartment Complex is conveniently located to all of the shopping areas, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The property Manager Linda and the Maintenance Staff are great with an excellent response time for any problem that may occur. They keep the entire area and grounds very neat, great manicured landscape year around, and during the winter snow days they take extra care and make sure all the sidewalk pathways, parking areas and roadways stay clear and safe to drive on and walk on!!
When we first moved, Linda made sure we were all set and any issues we had, she was on top of it, making sure we were taken care of!
I have lived here for a year now and I love it! The apartment is modern and spacious. It is close to every store and restaurant you can imagine. The complex is very well kept, and the few maintenance issues I have had were taken care of right away. Linda, the apartment manager is very nice and has always been very helpful. The only negative thing I have to say is that if you have an upstairs tenant who stomps rather than walks, it can be annoying. Otherwise, I am very happy to live here.

I have lived at Strathmore Apartments for a little over a year now, and I couldn't be more happy with my decision to move here. My apartment is great, and the fitness center is so convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend Strathmore to anyone!
Terrible office I was tries to contact the leasing office for at least 10 times always no one pick up the phone, then I realize I have to go to the office whenever I got there, there’s no one in the office at all
Very disappointed in these so-called "luxury" apartments. Don't know if the poor workmanship is due to hurrying to get buildings finished since our occupancy was delayed from August to November, or if builder/owner hired cheapest labor possible. Do-it-yourselfer would have done better job. They now have the audacity to raise the already ridiculous rent anywhere from $20 to $20 plus an additional 2% or 3% of the rent, depending on when you choose to renew your lease (60, 90 or 120 days in advance of lease ending).

We are truly sorry that you have had a bad experience at our complex. The Strathmore Apartments were sold in December of 2017. They are now owned and professionally managed by a new organization. We were fortunate enough to have Linda remain on with us. We understand that there were issues during the build process. Completion dates were delayed and many residents were inconvenienced. We have been reaching out to residents well in advance of their leases expiring, in an effort to manage the renewals and vacancies in such a new complex. We apologize if you feel inconvenienced by this. If you are having an issue, we encourage you to speak with Linda. We can’t address your concerns or make a proactive change if we only learn of your dissatisfaction through Apartments.com. We want to make sure that you have a good experience living at Strathmore Apartments and we’re looking forward to hearing from you in person.
Everything here is a disappointment. I could not be more unhappy.
Since we moved here, we've had nothing but trouble with them. Prior to moving in, we were placed into a hotel for around 2 weeks because the move in date was pushed back. This was an inconvenience due to moving from another state. A year later and our unit still has paint on the floors and cabinets, and electrical covers that still are not covered.. The vanity in the bathroom was smashed and a crack in the mirror prior to moving into a brand new complex, has yet to be fixed! We were promised a pool, grills, dog park, and a gym in the clubhouse. A year later and none of these amenities are available for our use - the clubhouse isn't even finished! The community garbage area is always a disaster and receives no ventilation from the outside, so the smell is about as good as you can imagine. Our floor always smells like marijuana and there is always loud music on the weekends. I do not recommend living here. We have had so many problems with Strathmore apartments. We do not recommend moving here as these problems haven't been resolved in the past year of living here. We are hoping that upon move out we do not experience major charges for damage due to the unit having poor construction in the first place.
