This is my second year leasing with Stratus and I personally have no complaints so far. The apartment layout I chose is perfect for me and I’m yet to see one that comes this close in other buildings previously viewed. Communication with management is always transparent and easy, the concierge are always warm and helpful and make you feel at home, maintenance when I have needed it has been stress free and timely. It is super convenient by way of location as well.

Great building, unit size is perfect. Great location and walking access to major places such as WholeFoods, post office and etc. At the time of my arrival, the unit looked clean visually but not deep clean. Washer and dryer, dish washer and oven were super dirty. (took pictures)

Concierge staff and other employees on site are super friendly
Stratus is an excellent home for us. We have a beautiful unit, amazing view, but moreover the amenities and services in the building are first class. The Concierge is team are top notch professionals. We feel pampered!
Stratus has a very convenient location in SLU, as it is right next to the Amazon offices, whole foods, and restaurants. The common areas are modern and well designed, and there is even a music room. The unit itself is spacious, and noise from the street is limited because the windows are sealed so well. The leasing office and front desk staff are also really helpful and kind. My only complaint is that the bedroom fan/vent is very loud, and it disturbs my sleep. I measured the noise level, and it was 65-70 dB right next to the fan, and 55 dB at bed level. Maintenance came to look at it, and they said that the vent was performing normally. However, after living at Stratus for a few weeks, I think that the fan is still very loud, and have to use earplugs each night. I read that the suggested noise volume for a bedroom is 30 dB, and the noise of this fan is double that, so I wonder if there's anything that can be done to fix this issue. Other than that, my experience at Stratus so far has been great.
I've just moved into the Stratus, a beautiful well maintained building with warm and professional staff.
I have been a resident at Stratus for over 5 years now. Living at Stratus provides me with a secure and stress free environment that I need in my busy life. I love having walking access to all the stores, restaurants nearby and the other amenities such as the gym and areas of entertainment, conference rooms that Stratus provides.

Stratus is a top notch apartment complex with a very professional, accommodating, and pleasant staff from management to the concierge. They are always attentive to residents' needs. With all that being said, rent prices are pretty high and probably the biggest reason a resident would leave, especially during these uncertain times with inflation at an all-time high.

Stratus is a great place to live, with very friendly staff and facilities. The floorplans are spacious and quiet. The amenities are very comparable to anything else in the area while being in the heart of SLU.

Only minor issue is with hallway and common area cleanliness, feel like we could do with more frequent vacuuming since dog hair and “other” stuff is prevalent with all the pets in the building. Price is also at the top top of the market so rent increase for lease renewal seems excessive.
We've loved living here the past 3 years! The team is amazing and super supportive. The only point I'd have is the elevator maintenance & that they seem to be out of service quite a bit.

We chose to move into Stratus in the middle of the pandemic and it has been a very positive experience. The staff is very friendly. The location is convenient, secure, and safe. They have been taking all necessary precautions. Its been a real treat to move in and not have anything go wrong.
I've lived in multiple "luxury" apartment buildings in the last 5 years and I have to say the management and living experience of Stratus is the best. Small things makes difference like cleaning the sills of elevator door as well as tile and grout(none of those luxury apartment building I've lived before cleaned those grooves on the sill), no fire alarm at 1AM, friendly residents, BBQ grills that are always clean and working properly to transparent notifications of work being done(elevator, garage door or units being renovated). Hand sanitizer stand in elevator halls of common areas and dolly/cart in garage elevator halls are nice touch too. Big thumbs up for separate actual deep soaking tub is hard to find in apartments(unless penthouses) this was a deciding factor for me. Small things make experience worse too. My unit has AC unit in the dining area and constant fan noise is VERY annoying especially since fridge, dishwasher even garbage disposer are so quiet. Wine fridge is VERY loud too. Useless balcony, cheap washer/dryer, ridiculously heavy door between garage/elevator hall. The whole elevators system is meh.
The Seattle Stratus is my home. I love it here. The Stratus has everything I need all in one location. The amenities are beautiful, comfortable and well kept. The staff are all friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. I truly would recommend the Stratus to everyone.

We are paying quite a bit for our unit, and do not feel it is worth it at all. It has been nearly 9 months since COVID began and management has failed to come up with any creative alternative to the gym being open (e.g., 1 hour reservation system through the portal that already exists for other amenities). Rental rates have not been lowered to account for reduction in amenity access, and that was a big customer satisfaction miss. Lastly, the building manager decided to pick a fight with us over one of the most inane issues, and that is absolutely NOT how you get a lease renewal. We will definitely be moving when our lease is up.
Stratus is a great place to live. Staffs are hard-working and friendly.
