It has been a nice experience so far. The administration is very kind and diligent since our first approach. The place is clean and it is a very quiet and family friendly.
Not that bad of a place to live. The staff can be nice. The maintenance is finally great. The apartments are nice. The only thing that needs fixed now is the roads are really bad and also we would love to take our kids swimming, fix the pool and the roads. Everything would be great.
Great property, decent rent prices, good schools, new staff is working with a lots of changes; I called for a water leak maintenance was there with in 10 minutes, I reported my heat; it was attended quick as well. Love it here.
Office worker are very professional, courteous, friendly and help with any problems that I have, they walk me through all paperwork that needed to be done
Horrible. Mice infested. Roach infested. doors don’t shut all the way. Toilets not stable into the ground. you get woken up by the SWAT team because neighbors are selling drugs. horrible would not recommend to move in here to anybody.
I have had work orders in since 2023 that have not been completed. Got bug issues from neighbor and my water heater is not working. Would be a lot better if my stuff got done at time that I put my work orders in.
I've been here for going on three years. It's been ok.. biggest issue is all the glass bottles. I've had to replace 3 tires in the last six months.
People here can’t keep the trash in the dumpster the kids around here get to run wild and not watched with supervision the office only responds when they want their rent money took like 6 request for them to fix my bathroom and roof
I’ve spent 200$ for the application and didn’t got approved, give them all the stuff they needed , they just want your money,used to live there and the people there don’t care about fixing things never again applying there
Apartments have significantly upgraded since the office managers have changed and new maintenance. They sure is a difference. Trust me. Definitely better than a year ago
So far so good! I just moved in. Still getting settled and getting familiar with everything. Over all things are good so far. I think I'm going to like here
Seems ike the staff does not care about the renters and my work orders never get done but still want to pay the full amount of rent. All about the money and don't care about anything else.
I have lived here 3 years now and when I first moved in there was bugs and mice extremely bad.. my ac did not work until this current year and it took a whole year for the bugs to finally stop showing up. When I was first rented out my apartment it was gross and my bathtub paint job was terrible. Currently no bugs or mice have been around but I clean a lot and have a cat. There is always trash outside on the ground.
Friendly. Application process was fast. Amenities advertised are not here. No pool. No fitness center. They have a dog park tho and a few playgrounds. So far good on repairs. Said the stove burner didn't work and they gave me a brand new stove that day.
Seems like everybody keeps to themselves. That’s cool. Neighbors are nice. Has a decent dog park, which I love. It’d be nice if people picked up after themselves tho.
Only a few things need to be fixed. We haven't had any problems with the neighbors at this time. The staff seems to be very friendly and helpful.
It's ok, lots of noise on the weekends. And residents just throw there trash everywhere. It's gotten better with new managers but this is the 3rd set in 2 years.
The apartment is really nice and big. The office people are very kind too. They help with everything we need. We love this apartment. Our neighbors are quiet and doesn’t make lots of noises.
Hard to get ahold of the office or maitnance services.Neighbors don’t clean up after themselves well constantly outside blaring music drinking all hours of the night

I’ve been a resident here for almost 4 years and I have remained the only one left in 4717 after many has come and go! Dealt with a lot of craziness but managed to stay because I’m comfortable
I’m loving living here, it feels like home. The neighbors are kind and I just couldn’t be happier. I appreciate my time here, and definitely plan to stay
Do not recommend. The office staff in unresponsive to calls and maintenance requests. Although the apartments are a good price and nice overall, the living environment is not worth it.
Office staff hardly answers the phone. Maintenance requests do not get repaired. Lived here for 9 months and NO maintenance requests have been resolved
Pot holes in the parking lot. Maintenance is near impossible to get anything done unless it’s an emergency. Roaches, bed bugs, and mice. Can’t afford to move anywhere else.

The maintenance is not the best. I have put in multiple work orders and have yet for them to come fix them. This is the first time I have been late on my rent and they already sent me a letter
I like to live at Strawbridge Appatment because Of the Communication we have To each other and Everyone Is Welcome that’s what I like and people are nice to each other
this is the worst place ive every lived. From the trash EVERYWHERE broken glass ive been calling about for three weeks, to the bugs, to the black mold. The kids running rampid all hours of the day and night. My car getting broken into and keyed. I wouldn't let my worst enemy live here. Don't do it. Save your money. It's not worth it.
They dont fix anything, holes in walls in move-in, your a.c. goes out well sucks for you...been a year no a.c. and they are the ones that broke it
It's like giving money to someone you don't know and you don't know where it's going or what it's for. I've been here for almost 2 years and from what I can recall there has been 2 or 3 different owners. I'm in the process of moving from apt to townhouse and they've said 3 different dates with no certain apt location. They've upped the rent for everyone including me with still no upgraded amenities. Causing a lot of empty apts. I've called the office a few times now each time with a different excuse as to why I am not in my new townhouse yet. Now I'm waiting another month because it's all new workers fixing multiple apts at once. My problem with the office workers is telling us renters one thing but meaning another. Don't tell me my official moving date is October 1st but I call Sept 28th to see the new place before I move in and there's none available. No apologies for anything just saying it's going to be Nov 1st now. I'm telling you right now I'm not holding my breath.
My apartment is a two bedroom handicapped apartment and is $700 a month. It is on the ground floor. Gas, water, and trash are paid for.The doorways are wider, counters are lower, and we have a shower that is large enough for a wheelchair and an assistant, if you need help bathing. Friendly staff, great maintenance, security patrol, pets allowed, and very affordable. I just love it here.
I live in a three bedroom handicapped apartment. Rent is $700 a month with gas, water, and trash removal paid for. Pets are also allowed. The staff here are very friendly and do everything in their power to help you. Maintenance personal are nice and are quick to respond. Security on property. They keep riff raff out of here and keep the grounds clean. Very nice pool. The handicapped apartments have lowered cabinets, wider doorways, a walk in shower that can accommodate a wheelchair and an assistant if you need help bathing. I love it here.
