About Student Housing - Gorman Parkwood
Gorman Parkwood Apartments wants to welcome you to our community! (Rent individual bedroom and private bath- individual leasing) Our spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bath apartments include a shared living space of a living room and kitchen. Rent starts $545.00 (12 months lease agreement) ALL UTILITIES included in rent. The only responsibility for our residence is the internet and cable. Our community has easy access to dining, entertainment, shopping centers and North Carolina State University. To set up appt click on the link or call us. I called several times to give them my email address. they said that they would send me an email to apply but they never did... too bad
"Our friendly, award-winning staff is here to help you. We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance. Your stay is worry free. Stop in any time to say hi!" , that is what they have said on their website!! HA!! What award did their staff get? Award for "the MOST careless persons in the world"???? The office staff are the worst people I've ever seen, they do not care about people's time and life!!! It was a horrible experience!
