Property Ratings at Crossings at Greenland
Great place to stay. Was just what I needed for the time frame. Just wish it was an option for the next lease. Also wish the office could have been fixed sooner.

Don't move to this place. My last experience here been horrible. One staff has bad attitude. Everything did not get fix for months. When staff available they don't answer the door to the so called office.

The front office is still closed, and we have had issues with losing packages that were sent to us. My maintenance request took about two weeks to be looked at and fixed.

Hi Savannah, We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to our office being closed because of construction. Our temporary office has been up and running for a couple of months now, so please stop by if you have any questions or concerns. In regards to your maintenance request, we will connect with you offline to discuss the details of this situation and update you on the progress. Thanks! - Crossings at Greenland Team, (615) 866-1544
The apartments have changed a lot since new management took over. We haven’t had a front office since December, many of my packages have been lost for a while or have been sent to incorrect addresses that I had to find, until recently, there was only one small dumpster to put trash in that was almost always full and was really far away from where I personally live, there are no amenities provided that are supposed to be (lab, pool, gym, etc.), and the front office is quite literally impossible to get ahold of (I have been trying for 4 months now, and I keep getting sent to an automated line with a calling center that “can’t get me the office phone number”. The only consistency has been in one maintenance man doing his job very well and timely. Not to mention, the changing to a family-style conventional lease is messing with a lot of college students, and when I started living here, it was a college style apartment. Shams that so many things have been the way they have.
