Amazing Staff
I’ve had an amazing experience living at Uncommon Auburn Apartments! From the moment I moved in, everything has been top-notch. The amenities are outstanding—there's a beautiful pool, a fully equipped gym, and even a game room, which makes it easy to relax or entertain guests. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with great features like stainless steel appliances, large windows, and ample closet space. The location is ideal, just a short distance from campus and local shops, making it super convenient for both studying and hanging out. Good management
Management has been great and really does care when we’ve had problems. I really like that there’s a free tanning bed because palm beach be too expensive nowadays

Enjoyed my time here
This is a great apartment complex. Maintenance was always quick to respond and helpful. The grounds were always well kept and the manager was kind and also helpful.

Luxurious
Had the best time living here. Such a nice place and only a short walk away from campus! The amenities are very nice and I enjoyed using them often. The employees are understanding and work hard to make sure any issues will be resolved. I would recommend Uncommon to any students looking for a place to live close to campus!

Great Experience!!
While looking for a place to stay for the school year I came across the uncommon. Their staff were so pleasant to work with. Finding a place to live can be very stressful but the uncommon staff made it very easy and simple for me. I will recommend to all my fellow classmates at auburn.

Amazing place
The Uncommon offers a safe and welcoming environment for college students. I could walk to school everyday and on the weekend walk downtown which was a huge plus.

Best amenities and location close to auburns campus!
Uncommon has such great room sizes, amenity spaces, and in my opinion the best location of the downtown apartments. The management is efficient and maintenance is always quick to repair anything that needs to be fixed. The yoga room is my favorite and something I wished I had at other places I’ve lived. There’s such a good variety of students of all ages who live there, and it is so easy to make friends with the residents who live there! If you are looking for housing near campus, uncommon is definitely somewhere to look!

Amazing place to live
