This apartment and the leasing office does not respect the current residents. They are inconsiderate as SOON as you sign the lease. They will act incompetent when retail customers park inside your paid allocated parking spot. The parking garage is not safe, there are stolen cars ALL THE TIME. From INSIDE the garage, the garage door is CONSTANTLY broken and offers no protection for your vehicle. They will call themselves to tow your car from anywhere around the apartment. When someone crashes or breaks into your car they will do nothing. They do not care about your safety and they will lie to your face directly about how they will advocate for you. They have had multiple arrests from inside the apartment. They will not care about your pets locking the dog park very often for no reason, even when you pay for that access. They will charge extra fees to help the retail business below the residential apartments and you get zero benefits but a 10percent discount. They are a slimy, incompetent, inconsiderate business which will string you out to dry the second they get the opportunity. They will enter your apartment without prior Resident approval, they create fake issues to go into your home. DO yourself a favor and live somewhere safe and secure NOT THIS PLACE.

I loved my stay at 3807. I felt safe and comfortable. The art deco atmosphere was definitely a plus as it matched my personal style. I loved the fact that it had a variety of restaurants downstairs that delivered room service style with a resident discount. What was more impressive was the restaurants that were chosen were all minority owned small business. The apartments were a little small but doable for a small family of three. The master had a decent size walk in that I customized. The apartment finishes were pretty good. I loved the common areas and the 24 access gym. Me and my kiddo would spend a lot of time in the court yard next to the fire pits or at the BBQ. He was a regular on his baby bike or toy trucks. The pool tables, large screen tvs, and private conference room were great selling points. I wished I used them more. Oh how could I forget.... they had so many activities for the community. I wished I attended more but it was great that it was available. The staff were top notch and effective. They tipped the scale on my decision to renew my lease. They knew me by name or apartment number and that made a huge difference to me. No concern was ignored and they made hard decisions to keep us safe.

Assigned parking, an excellent fitness center, and inviting common areas make me glad I chose Studio 3807.
Living at Studio 3807 is a wonderful experience. My apartment is beautiful and I love the arts spaces in the common areas. One thing I will say is that the walls are thin, (especially if you have upstairs neighbors). However, with the help of quiet hours I never have to worry about sleep disturbances and the hallways are always pretty quiet.
I’ve been living here in a 1 bedroom apartment for a little over a year! Absolutely love this place! Management is great and communicates. Since I’ve been here I had no pest issues. I actually haven’t seen any pest in my apartment or the common areas.
Really nice looking place, great vibes, great place for young working professionals. The food dining hall downstairs is filled with great vendors and a cool place to chill. Oh and free parking! The only issues are this is a smoke free building and people smoke in here anyway, sometimes homeless people manage to come inside and sleep in the lobby, the appliances are cheap quality especially for the amount residents pay for rent.

I’ve lived at Studio 3807 for about 6 months and I must say I really enjoy my townhome. The staff Is great and very accomadating. It took some time to find the right fit but I am glad I found Studio 3807. It is the best apartment I have lived in since moving to the DMV area.
Just moved in recently and I’m quite impressed. First, the staff is tremendously helpful and accessible to all my needs including the maintenance team. My move in went quite smoothly considering the hardest part of it was the packing. This place was found on the humble and glad I bumped into it. Not far from anything and pretty close to everything, I look forward to what the upcoming season will be like here at Studio 3807!
Thus far, I like Studio 3807. My experience with staff, policies, and community have been great. I am concerned that the downstairs restaurant area is not completed and upon showing interest of the apartment, I was told that it would be completed.
From my very first tour of Studio 3807 I instantly fell in love! Really nice, luxurious apartment building in a very convenient area: DC, Hyattsville, and College Park. Really great move in specials especially for public service workers! I am truly enjoying my new apartment along with all of the amenities. Last but not least, the staff are professional and very friendly. They definitely go the extra mile for their residents!
I love living here. I love all the technology and the service is great when you request a service ticket.
