Studio Park Lofts & Tower

The move in process was so easy! My leasing agent was the nicest and made the apartment seem so appealing. I can’t wait to start living here as there are amazing amenities.

Love it here so far, would definitely recommend to anyone! I’m very excited to use the sauna, and the pool room is a great place to warm up and pretend to be somewhere tropical!

After living here 4 years. I still love it. It is great and I love the new gym! Looking forward to the golf simulator too! Thanks for all of the fun activities.

This has been the best apartment I have ever lived in! I love all the new amenities and the community events are so fun! I cant wait for summer to be able to use the outdoor deck.

Location is perfect. I love being able to walk everywhere. The new amenities are great and have been a nice addition to living here. The noise is the only downfall.

Staff was very helpful and kept us up to date on all move dates. Building is clean and secure. Views are awesome from apartment. Amenities are top notch and can't wait to use the deck in the summer.

Nice place to live. In the middle of it all. Very well maintained. Great restaurants in the area. Easy access to all Grand Rapids has to offer.

Studio park is always so clean, the staff is always helpful and watching the Lions and movies on the big screen and watching concerts from home so fun! My only complaint is the music turns off at different times every night and sometimes it’s so loud until after midnight but always at least 10:30, to the point you have to shut your windows to sleep.

It’s been okay so far. The elevators are annoying. Also the mail room - I’m not getting stuff delivered and there are some dings on the wall and the floor board is coming up. The master bath doesn’t have cold water it just turns off when I try to make it cold. And the water pressure isn’t good.

the environment is incredible and we love the unit! Communication with the staff has been good, although the move-in process and settling everything has been confusing. We are also really looking forward to the gym opening!

Overall a great experience at Studio Park Lofts! I wish they had a pool and a fitness center, and had more events that had a good majority of residents collaborating and getting to know each other.

Maintenance was always quick to assist/resolve any issues. Staff communication was great. One of the best areas to be located to enjoy downtown’s events.

Loved the apartment location is very nice and close to multiple restaurants. You also get a membership to the movie theatre which is so nice!

We love our little slice of perfection. A bustling downtown and the apartment of our dreams. We got Leo’s Coney, Elsa’s Ice Cream, Studio Park Movies, and all kinds of libation stations a stone’s throw from our home.

Nice apartment building in the best part of downtown, everything you need is walkable which is my favorite part. Now they'll have a pool and a gym too.

Great area really close to all downtown has to offer! Just a bit noisy. The piazza is very nice! 123 is a good place to enjoy a meal! Like living there.

This is a great apartment close to everything downtown from restaurants to the Grand Rapids Griffins hockey rink and events center the Van Andel Arena.

I've been living at Studio Park for over a year now, and I absolutely love it! You can't beat the location of being right downtown in Grand Rapids. I love staying here especially in the summer when there's the free outdoor concerts movies. In over a year of living here, I haven't had many maintenance issues either. If a small issue arises, maintenance is very timely with coming to check it out. The only thing is I wish Studio Park's amenities were more clearly promoted! I didn't know about the unlimited movies free popcorn bucket until over 6 months of living here when another resident told me about it, but it's a great perk once you find out about it! Other than that, I just wish there was a community gym or pool :) but I really enjoy living here overall!

Nice staff, fresh apartments, nice area! Got the keys to the apartment two days after applying so that was really helpful. Only bad thing is close to Dublin hall so can’t sleep before 2am Thursday-Saturday.

studio park lofts is located in the best area of Grand Rapids. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and the movie theater. Also the girls in the leasing office are great!

Rooms are top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful. The campus amenities are wonderful. However, the ceilings are not equipped to prevent the loud thuds of neighbors walking around on the floors directly above.

I felt welcomed here right away! I’ve only been living here for about 4 days now and I’m the happiest I’ve been in a while. Finding a place that is well taken care of and safe is a blessing. The amenities of my space are incredible. This spot is perfect walking distance to both my jobs. I plan to stay here for quite a while!!

I really enjoy living in studion park, the people are friendly, the location is great and can go to a lot of fun places within a very quick walk. The staff is friendly and will respond quickly. I have no had any maintenance issues in my year living here

Studio Park Lofts is located in the heart of GR. The unit itself is not exactly "luxury." The unit is pretty standard and not special. Showers r small. Parking is a separate fee. If you have a unit with a balcony, that is nice. Make sure it's facing in the piazza. Studio Park is building a luxury tower, but until then, there is no gym. The management company they have running Studio Park Lofts is bad. Leasing agents are only nice before you sign the lease. After they are horrible to work with. You think they would be at least polite to their residents if there is an issue within the unit. I've talked to neighbors and they have also had horrible experiences working with them. Maintenance is slow to respond. Overall, I really love the location. However, the apartment itself isn't anything special, and the horrible leasing agents make my rating of this complex low. If you barely interact with the leasing agents and pray you have no maintenance issues then living here can be enjoyable.

We love coming home to Studio Park! There are so many things you don’t think about that are wonderful. Sunday football and movies played on the big screen in the piazza. Tall ceilings making the rooms seem even bigger. The smell of popcorn filling the air as you walk to your apartment. Tons of storage in the closets. Beautiful finishes inside and out. Happy to be home!

Great place to live! Maintenance is better than most apartments I’ve lived at, walls aren’t as terrible than other places, lots of night lived activity near the apartment and you get the perks of having a movie theatre and restaurant in your building.

Residents are great. The property management team is great to work with. Limited noise from neighbors. The movie theater perks are great too

I've been in a studio plus at Studio Park Lofts for a couple of months now and I am so happy to be here! The location is incredible, right by the highway for easy access for trips outside of the city and within walking distance of so much of the amazing things Grand Rapids has to offer! Everyone I've met so far is very friendly and kind and when I needed some help with a couple of maintenance issues and with hanging curtains I was surprised by how quickly the staff connected with me and worked to address things right away. The apartment itself is beautiful and very modern. I would recommend Studio Park to anyone looking to live in a beautiful space right in the middle of where a lot of fun is happening.

I Love my apt and location. location is right downtown by all restaurants, music venues and a convenience store, Staff is always quick to resolve issues.

Cool place to live, you really are paying for the location downtown. Real issue with the homeless and lack of amenities though - can't leave the apartment without being asked for money.
