Bad management
Our deposit was $1,200. When we moved out the place was completely spotless but she somehow found a way to charge us the full $1,200. There's a mandatory fee for carpet cleaning and the last month's water bill- those were both fine. But she charged us $120 to "clean the fridge and patio", another $100 to "change the bath fixtures", and another $300 to paint the unit. When we moved in I had asked if tacs were ok to hang things she told me it was $20/ wall to repair. We had stuff hanging on 5 of the walls in the apartment. We also asked if we should replace the blinds, as they had been damaged in a wind storm while we weren't home and she said not to worry about it and then proceeded to charge us $50 for it. Completely ridiculous. We tried contacting her to discuss the fees and she didn't answer her phone for weeks during her normal work hours. We finally just showed up and she said we would have to bring it to small claims court. She said there was nothing she could do about it. If you do move in, don't expect your deposit back.

Bad management
My review is not good my name is Amanda and I had a major problem with the onsite manager she would never give me a receipt for my rent money I only got 2 receipts that's messed up...She could of always knoocked my door and gave me a receipt.... She needs to get fired or something..
