Property Ratings at Sugar Creek Apartments
Recommend renting here.Have had a very good experience so far. From the moment I applied everything went smooth and fast application process.Leasing consultant in front desk was very helpful with the whole process. Office staff are always nice and respectful.
Moved in a while ago & I love my apartment. Haven’t had any problems at all. all of the office staff is really welcoming and nice.
Not even a tenant and the ladies in the office are young very unprofessional and not honest at all! We were told on Saturday we can’t view the unit due to it just being her there in office but we can come on Monday at 5:45 even tho we made an appt something told me to call I called and they told me we can’t come today cause they are cleaning it… When we were walking to the unit the outside of the apartments were not welcoming they had caution tape around an old tree stump the walkway was covered in dirt and very uneven the parking lot was horrible. When we entered the unit the lady said “careful the lady just cleaned/mopped” but the whole unit smelled like Raid/bugs there were roach poop in the pantry under the sink and in the drawers the cabinets were wiggly and wouldn’t stay open. Don’t get me wrong the price is good but if any of these bother you don’t waste your time!
Management is horrible they charge for everything they don’t want to fix anything. It’s infested with roaches they don’t want to spray on a regular basis. They will get you in here with the perfect help and acting like they care but once you moved in you can give up on that caring from them because they will treat you like trash they just don’t care. It’s shootings over here the apartment doesn’t feel like home no matter how much you clean and try to make it feel like home it’s just not comfortable. GO SOME WHERE ELSE.
I lived at Sugar Creek Apartment for five years, I just recently moved. Although the neighborhood is it not perfect, Sugar Creek Apartments is the good part. Management stay on top of everything to keep everyone safe. Sugar Creek have come a looong way in five years! Between Management & maintenance they work hard to keep everything in good working condition. If you have any issues you can always call Carla, Jennifer or Ms. Erica she works wonders. My apartment was perfect because it was located on the corner of Sweet Water & Duncan Perry rd. I would sit on my patio and watch the people and the cars pass by..how peaceful!!! I've had my challenges living there, but Ruby the Manager has been there since day one helping me in any way that she could. One thing that I learned living there is, situations are what you make of them. Make your apartment as comfortable for you as you can, and take care of yourself!! My journey with Sugar Creek Apartments had come to an end, it was time for me to move on to the next chapter in my life. So long Sugar Creek I will miss my little apartment on the corner!!!
Never fixed anything, management staff was horrible, put in 3 months in advance was moving out staff loses the notice and charges me when I moved out. Stay away ,horrible place to live.
I LOVE MY HOME. I am going on 3 years strong and I have NEVER had any problems. Give sugar creek a try and let them Abby sent you!! Maintenance seriously rocks they fix any requests i have asap. And the office staff is very understanding and welcoming. These apartments are the best!!
Pretty chill apartments i dont have any issues with anything or anyone... and theres always parking!!! i highly recommend to everyone
Sugar creek has been my home for the past 9 months and its been great. I never have problems with parking or bugs how i did in my last apartments. Everyone in the office is very friendly. favorite thing about sugar creek is how fast maintenance is on fixing things, oh and how the girls in the office actually follow up on work orders!!! Best apartments i have lived in a while. Take my word and give it a try.
these apts are a really good place to live at. maintenance is fast to get the job done. been here for 1 year and i will re new for another year
muy buena propiedad mantenimiento aqui es rapido para arreglar cosas del apartamento ytambien la oficina es muy amable les recomiendo esta propriedad
I have been living here at Sugar Creek for the past two years and I LOVE it. The office staff is so friendly and the maintenance guys are so quick to fix any issues that I have, people just need to learn to take care of their apartments and there wouldn't be any issues. I don't know why the other people writing reviews are being cry babies over these apartments, they're great!!!!!!! PLUS the pricing they have here you wont find anywhere else.
These apartments suck I'm moving they r on there 2nd owner and there on there 5th set of igirls to work in this office the manager and her attitude runs them off good luck to u if u move here u will be over charge for things that u r not supposed to be charged for from the manager Ruby and she gets away with it with ur money
Worst apartments I have ever stayed in. Paying 900$ for a 1 bedroom apartment, which isnt even renovated btw.I have neighbors paying 700 & under for newer apartments! Wow. They NEVER come and fix anything! Ive had a leaking toilet for 3days then i get home from work and my whole bathroom is full of sewer water! & yet no one has came to fix it! It is now Tuesday & im fed up! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
This is by far the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The maintenance men don't fix anything you have to continually put in maintenance request to get things done. The front office doesnt tell you the truth about anything. You have to also continue to go in the office to get things taken care of. I went without having AC for almost 3 months there are roaches everywhere they tell you that the Exterminator is coming no one ever comes. This apartment is old if you walk on the floor it makes loud noises you have neighbors doing God-knows-what at all times of the hour this is just not a good place or safe place to live. This place is just horrible.
I moved all the way from Michigan thinking everything was all set up for me. I have 4 babies and once I stepped into my place and looked around the apartment and the apartment is ok but I didn't even get a chance to unload my things and I saw a few roaches. I went to the office crying they maintenance gave me four cans of diggers and once I came back they were EVERYWHERE. All in the carpet and the carpet is brown so the carpet looked like it was moving all on the walls in the kitchen ceilings EVERYWHERE I NEVER UNLOADED my things I was forced to get a room because I refuse to have my kids live like that. Waiting to receive a full refund because my family are a long way from home with no place to live at now.
