This has been a great place to live thus far. No complaints at all. Everyone is so sweet.

It is so wonderful to live in a community that has a staff that is always caring, informative, concerned, and professional with the needs of the tenants. I am relaxed and happy with the choice to live here at Sugar Mill. Our experience here is more than appreciated, and highly recommended.

Sugar Mill Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The staff is attentive and very professional. We came back when we returned to Columbus because this was our first choice for our home.

This is our second time we have stayed in Sugar Mill apartments and consider it to be the Best in Columbus. We love the back with trees, creek and privacy. We plan to stay here until we find the Home in Columbus that we both like?

I have only been a resident for about nine months but I am extremely impressed with the overall experience, quality of the complex, and maintenance of the facility.

I have been living at Sugar Mill Apartments in Columbus, GA, and there are several aspects I really appreciate. The landscaping is always well-maintained, giving the complex a pleasant and inviting appearance. The rent is reasonable, especially considering the size of the rooms—they are huge and offer plenty of space. The maintenance team is also quick to respond and address any issues, which is a major plus. It's great to have a specific area for package collection. Additionally, the management is making efforts to organize more social activities, which is great for building a sense of community. However, there are some areas that could use improvement. At night, it’s difficult to see the divider when turning into the complex, which can be a safety concern. The amenities are good, and it appears that they are always seeking ways to make improvements.

I have lived here for 9 years and found this location, the grounds, the office staff, the apartment layout to meet all my needs.

The location of Sugar Mill is excellent and close to all the places I will frequent, particularly my church, my chiropractor, Publix, and Walmart. The grounds are beautiful and everything seems to be very well-maintained. I love that the trash is picked up at my door five days a week, and I love the quietness of my apartment. I am very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of neighbors.

Sugar Mill is a great place to live. The location cannot be beaten and overall, the community is quiet and peaceful with good people as residents.

We have been here now for about three years and one day we might find the right home to purchase but we are quite happy here in our Apartment and enjoy our view of the creek, trees and walking trail behind our apartment. Also if we have a need for some maintenance problem the staff always take care of it for us.

Management staff are very good, timely maintenance and spacious apartments and good location.

Floor plan is very good but need to improve in Gym and swimming Pool maintenance

The management at this property is Everything! When I first stopped in to view this property, Jennifer jumped at the chance to show me around even though it was closing time, and she should have made me come back the next day. She took her time showing me how beautiful everything was here and was super friendly. Even though initially there was nothing available in the dates I had hoped for, she encouraged me to complete the application process because she was confident she could make it happen in my time frame and she did!! She went out of her way to make sure I got the apartment I wanted, and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. After move in, she is still checking to make sure all is well in my apartment! I feel like I gained a new home and a new friend. The apartment, the staff, and the community are all absolutely lovely! I wouldn't have been happier anywhere else!

Sugar Mill Apartments has succeeded my expectations. Jennifer at the front desk has been absolutely amazing through this entire move in process. She made everything super simple and convenient for my family. The space in our apartment is just awesome. 1600 square feet!! You can’t beat that for the price. The inside looks even better. Everything is clean and modern, it looks brand new. I’d definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move.

From the very first day I walked into the office to inquire about a apartment home, my experience was great. They answered all my questions and was so pleasant to talk to. I LOVE living at Sugar Mill. My apartment is beautiful, the property is landscaped very pretty, the amenities are very nice, maintenance is prompt and thorough. The staff is very helpful and nice. The location is very convenient for me and I like the security gates for added security. I hope to continue living here long term. After touring many apartment complexes in Columbus when I was searching for a new apartment, Sugar Mill is by far the prettiest and nicest. I would recommend Sugar Mill to anyone looking for a very nice apartment community.

Our overall experience in all areas of apartment living have been very good at Sugar Mill -- office, maintenance and housekeeping staff excellent, to the physical appearance of the grounds and roominess of the home itself. We are senior citizens and feel very safe here. We have already recommended Sugar Mill to my sister and friends.

This is our second time we have stayed here at Sugarmaill Apartments and we love the location and views here. We are looking for a home to purchase but it seems that they are in a high demand these days and we have not as yet found the home we are looking for.

Sugar Mill is the best apartment community!! The layout of the apartments are well designed and they are equipped with quality hardware, appliances, and finishes. The community is well maintained and kept immaculately clean. There is any amenity you would expect to find. The big difference is the staff who goes above and beyond to make sure we are all taken care of and that this remains the best apartment community!

The apartments are all in very good codition, the staff is very knowledgable and helpful to all the tenants and the workers are all very helpful.

We searched carefully for our new home and chose Sugar Mill because the apartment felt like home and the staff have always made us feel like we made the best choice.

Sugar Mill is an amazing place to call home!!! The grounds and facilities are always fully maintained. The apartments have a great layout and have top notch finishes. The amenities here meet any needs of a resident. The biggest impact is the staff. Tbe maintenance team make sure each request is done well the first time after responding in a timely manner. The staff knows the residents and they do everything they can to make living here as pleasant as it can be. They go above and beyond by creating special events for us. I really think Sugar Mill is the epitome of great apartment living!

I have been put in a situation where I cant do that. We are just taking one day at a time. We can live inside until-but to each its own.my husband fell in road by our car and the police refused to help me pick him up.!!!

I mostly enjoy the space of the apartment and the staff is phenomenal. The scenery is Beautiful and always well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and My roommate and I feel very safe. Kayla is great!

When we relocated here, after checking out other communities we chose Sugar MILLS because of the spacious apts . the appearance of the community and the ammenties it had to offer. we also liked the friendly and helpful office staff.

Sugar Mill Apartments are wonderful. The amenities are great and super convenient. The office staff is prompt, professional, and very caring. They truly want to ensure that your living experience here is nothing but the best. The closets and bathrooms a HUGE. There is sooo much storage space throughout the apartment.

Sugar Mill is our home. We feel welcome and respected. The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. The sun room is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon (when the Georgia summer isn't a mite warm). The staff responds with the appropriate actions when needed. We hope to spend many more years here!

At this time due to the Covid19 and trying to stay safe I do not use any of the amenities that Sugar Mill offers. But the grounds and buildings are very well kept up!

Maintenance was nice, courteous, friendly and expedient.

Sugar Mill is a wonderful place to call home! The apartments have great floor plans with all the comforts and top finishes you would want. The grounds are well kept, maintenance requests are completed quickly, and all work is done right the first time. The key part of Sugar Mill is our staff. They know us all as individuals and never stop working to keep this the amazing place it is and to improve it when they see an opportunity.

Excellent community with good homes and clean community.

Spacious apartments w/ lots of storage closets and beautiful grounds! They even include valet trash, basic cable, and complimentary cleaning. There is a creek on the back of the side of the property that you can walk along that flows into a larger pond. During tour, cranes were seen standing out in the water. It was also mentioned that there were resident events such as painting parties and bingo nights.

These are the best luxury apartment I lived in. Great price for the amount a footage that you get in you apartment. It also located perfectly to the schools and shopping. great place to live at!
