Ehh
Have some of the most random bugs here, don’t even know how they keep getting in. Keeps raising prices for such a run down place, great if you need a place to stay fast but long run not so much. Landlords ok can’t really complain but definitely doesn’t go above and beyond if that’s what you’re used to.

Regulators Needed
These are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Been here a lot longer than anticipated and Nothing gets fixed EVER and then they look at you like you're living in a suite and keep raising rent. Do yourself a favor and find a place where you're safe and your belongings are as well. New managers are as bad as the old one. Thanks Sugar Mill

Great apartment for first timers!
Perfect for a small family. Management is fantastic and works hard to help tenants. The apartments are a little older and have cosmetic issues (scratches on cabinets, stains, etc.)But nothing that's a deal-breaker! I highly reccomend!
