Property Ratings at Sugar Valley Estates
We are seniors in an independent living facility. Our apartment is on the third floor overlooking the beautiful Rocky Mountains in one direction and a open green area in another direction. It is a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen (our meals are all furnished), nice size living area, one large bedroom and a bathroom. My wife and I are in our 80's and can just barely make the monthly rent, but it is very comfortable and we have people we can associate with. I would recommend this type of living for the elderly, they provide many activities for people in our age group. Neil F Hoffman
We have a beautiful one bedroom apartment located on the third floor. The apartment looks south over a large well maintained grassy usage area and looking west over the Rocky Mountain Mummy Range. There is excellent food served in a central dinning area and many rooms with special activities. Our apartment has a large covered balcony big enough for our porch swing and lounge chair. The apartment has all the safety features necessary for any emergency that may arise. I would highly recommend this facility for senior living. Neil F Hoffman, Loveland CO
